Have moved 2 cruises and cancelled 1 completely due to ill health at the time .Lost the deposit on the cancelled one which at the time was £50 p/p dep booked onboard low dep so got off lightly so no extra charge incurred

Thankyou for information will get there eventually. At the moment I am waiting to see if they have approved my share certificate a few weeks away from payment for May cruise so no panic yet.Will keep everyone upto date on how it's going

I had done the same I can see the 100 shares OK but nothing really to print off as there hasn't been any divi payed out .A screen shot doesn't give your name on it ,so pre- emptied future problems by telephoning and asking the same for a letter with the 100 share holding so I have something dated within last 3 months ,but what happens after the 3 months when you need to apply again another call to equinti ? Don't think this is the last we hear on this subject. Do this shareperks confirm obc applied? Or do P and O do that ? Then we shall hear of people returning off cruises having not received their share obc .Bring back old system why change when it's not broke to save few bob

High Sheila 127 .I downloaded the app in readyness for claiming for obc in a month or so time when I have paid the balance .I sent a picture of share certificate as that is the only proof I have from equinti as I have no other letters due to no recent dividend payment .Is that what you did ?

Think that is the same for me .Held by equinti only have a pdf from 2020 of last dividend payment .How are we going to prove we still own the shares with no dividend been payed no confirmation that we still hold the shares .I have always just emailed them over the last 15 years asking them to once again apply my OBC and they have just done that without even sending any proof just quoted account no, cruise no, ship name and date of sailing and has worked 24 times except once when I had to complain

I regularly use vts Southampton to check where the ships are due to dock on my next cruise very useful at times especially if there is a last minute change of dock

That's ok, no problem have a good year of cruising in 2024 .

Many thanks for reply .Mine was avanti cruise cover done online just seemed to take forever .Payed out £400 for the two missed ports for the 2 of us on the 2 cruises .Was worried they might look for loop holes but should be thankfull in the end

Finally received two missed port claims today .Average time quoted was 5 working days .Took 25 working days after numerous emails telephone calls.First time I have claimed for missed ports in 30 cruises .I didn't get a letter from the first cruise on Ventura but P and O emailed me one in 4 working days so good on them .It must be horrendous trying to get a larger claim for any type of illness causing you to miss or foreshorten any cruise . I did have a successful claim 6 years ago for a broken ankle with another firm and feel it was not as stressful so might be changing next year back to them .

Received today our yearly calender with a little extra included a diary for 2024 .So happy Xmas and good wishes to everybody for 2024 .

Does that mean we can get better sports coverage on the incabin tv without losing satellite connection?
