Does royal transact in euros on a Med cruise? Can they be used in the casino, bar and retail? If not will royal convert them to dollars at guest services?

They have not added freestyle machines on this ship for some reason. Most drink locations will fill your soda package cup with a soda gun. Some bars only have bottled two liters to fill your cup (vintages).

Thank you everyone for all the input. I changed my departure flight and now flying out at 1:20 instead of 10:05.

Planning our June 2023 RCI cruise out of Rome and hoping to get reassurance from this board. My documents state that our ship will arrive in port at 5:00am. I'm planning on having our transfer pick us up at 6:00am (cabroma). Hope to get to the airport no later than 8:00 for 10:05 flight. I realize the drive isn't 2 hours long, but figure I need the cushion. If the ship arrives on time is it realistic that they will allow self departure by 6am?

Sailed Wonder out of Ft. Lauderdale earlier this year and had the ultimate dining package. Tried all options except Izumi. My opinion in order: Chops, 150, Wonderland (unless you've experienced before), Mason Jar, Hooked and Giovanni's.
