  1. I received an offer that includes $1,000 of FunPlay Credits but nowhere that I can find says what FunPlay credits are, what they can be used for, or any limitations (terms/conditions) involved, Can someone please help me with this?
  2. I run my own business as well but I have people who work for me, some of whom are able to run the business for a week without me. If the price bothers you then don't buy the WiFi packages.
  3. You do not need to play A LOT to get freebies. Call the Casino At Sea team before you plan your net cruise and see if you qualify for a discount or a comp.
  4. It is NOT s NCL issue... You obviously are like many if not most people who have no clue how the internet works. Thia is a satellite connection that by its very nature is slow (especially compared to the typical high speed home internet connection). Then add to that the fact that more than just a few people are using that narrow pipeline concurrently and you get slow downs on top of a (By its nature) is a slow connection. Do yourself a favor and unplug while you are in vacation. No one "NEEDS" to be on lien while on a cruise. Unplug for a few days and enjoy things. Your job will be there when you get home.

  7. Pending just means that your bid is still active. Processing means you won.
  8. They are not falling back on anything. They are standing by the contract that both parties agreed to.
  9. We continue to sail NCL because we find them to offer superior service, food, accommodations, and cruises overall in general. The points we get are merely an added benefit that comes with the territory. We don not sail simply to get points, I doubt much of anyone does. It is just a nice added freebie that comes with being loyal to NCL.

  12. No one is being fooled into anything. All they are doing is providing additional information to the consumer. In no place at all does it state that the upgrade program is any sort of auction. Please read https://www.ncl.com/content/upgrade-advantage-terms Will disclosure of the additional information drive people to bid more and generate additional revenue for NCL? Perhaps so, then again a publicly traded company has a fiduciary obligation to maximize share holder income.

  18. Book your cabins with one adult in each then simply sleep in whichever of your booked cabins you wish. They do not do bed checks.
  19. I NEVER use that nasty washy washy crap nor does anyone in my group. We are all adults and know how and when to wash our hands. Proper hand washing is FAR more effective than that silly all but useless washy junk. It is only a last ditch effort for the nasty people who do not wash their hands.
