  1. I do not drink alcohol at all. Do not need or want a distorted reality.
  2. What makes you think the "just pick and choose" rather than use some preset criteria?
  3. I just set up a meet & GREET for an upcoming cruise and was not charged. Care to share the price list you received?
  4. We have always received the appropriate amount of OBC in such a case. It usually is not very much though.
  5. Hi Tia, at the same price I'd go with whichever offers the better cabin!
  6. Most: Cagney's and Ocean Blue Least: Moderno and Teppanyaki
  7. Not when NONE are available. There is a difference between none available to the general cruise passenger and none available at all. At some point there will be absolutely NONE and at that point even God can't get you in.
  8. NONE means NONE. You can't get what does not exist no matter who you are. They are concierges not magicians. It is always a possibility that reservations are 100% unavailable.
  9. No one can get reservations when NONE exist. They can get reservations from the supply set aside for their passengers.
  10. Let It Ride is available as is 3-card. Do not recall seeing Mississippi Stud anywhere though.
  11. Maybe he was just being honest with you and letting you know your option(s)!
  12. pending - bid received no action yet processing - you won, new cabin being assigned
  13. The ATM fee is ONLY the NCL side, your bank will most likely charge you as well. Normally the 3% ends up being cheaper.
  14. You obviously failed to read section 6c of the cruise contract that you agreed to... Contract -> https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/Guest-Ticket-Contract-11-2015.pdf
  15. That makes bribing up front even worse. You are flat out telling the server that he better not screw up if he wants his entire tip.
  16. Hi Tia, To answer your question, no, no one can tell you the average amount that is tipped. All each person can do is share what amount, when, and how they tip. However that information is 100% irrelevant. Each person tip whatever amount they want to whomever they want at any time they want. Trust me no tip wil go unappreciated. Whatever value you assign to the service(s) performed by butlers, bartenders, cabin stewards, etc is what -> I <- would suggest tipping. Some people bribe these rather than tip them by giving them whatever amount of money before any services are performed. As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I find that to be offensive, impudent, and curt. To each his own though and if others feel that is an acceptable practice then more power them.
  17. PLEASE do all of the other passengers on the ship a huge favor and do NOT let your kids run around unsupervised.
  18. BECAUSE I DID NOT NOTICE THAT THE SYSTEM INCKUDED YOUR POST WHEN I CLICKED QUOTE, SYSTEM GLITCH I GUESS
