We were assigned a table number in Normandy and just walked in and said "table 148 is here." Worked great.

We have cruised many times since the pandemic. Bar service is the slowest it's ever been. You can see the cutbacks in number of crew. Our dining room staff was good but really running to keep up. The stateroom attendants are sometimes working as late as 9:30pm to keep up. The food is good in MDR but not excellent. Eden restaurant for us is the best. The shows and other entertainment is better in our opinion. So there are some good and some bad. So far it hasn't stopped us from cruising. Hoping it never will. My biggest wish for 2024 is that the Celebrity bean counters and CEO pay attention to what guests are saying about the Celebrity experience, and fix the issues.

I just went online and looked and soda isn't on the classic package. It is on the premium one.

We had the same issue with the spa. We prebooked our treatments then after our treatments they added an addition $100 to our account. We went to guest services and they got the spa to remove it.

Unfortunately the human race has lost most respect for others as well as manners. With cell phones came the worst rudeness ever! I doubt cell free areas would ever be implemented. Hopefully your post will remind a few that read it to be mindful!

I haven't eaten in Tuscan in years. I have eaten in Blu, Luminae, Eden, and the steakhouse on the Edge class ships. So if I didn't have a Aqua cabin would I pay to eat in Blu, yes.

We have done Retreat on Apex and Beyond, loved the sky suites on them! However at today's prices, No way, not worth it in our opinion.

So then why not base it on that, $50 pp.? I would pay that to dine in there but not more than $50.

I agree. Years ago we talked to a Royal Caribbean chef and he said they did away with the midnight buffet because of the weather wasted food. They would have it on the pool deck and we would see dinner plates full of food with little eaten and just discarded. Is is sad.

We have a nice special lunch buffet on Beyond this month. Only seafood was shrimp and it was sad to see how much people piled on plates and only ate half of it.

Usually we find booking when it opens gives us the best price!

There are more suites on Ascent than Apex. I have done Apex on a Sky and would again. Service was excellent.

We feel the same way. The only way I would book an older ship is if it has been revitalized recently. I believe Equinox is to go into dry dock next year. So you might want to wait until that happens. We have done many of the Celebrity ships over the years and they all have good things to enjoy. We like the size of Edge class ships so we continue to book them. We also cruised Royal for years, but done with that. Just don't need all the kids attractions.

That is cool, my TA is on the ship now. Can't wait to sail her in April.

Unfortunately no, and I have looked for things that are lactose free.

We do this also and we give it to them the day before the cruise ends. We have been lucky to have great butlers and or room stewards.

We just did a 9 nite on Beyond. First sea day was chic night and evening of day 8. We saw maybe 2 men in a tux, a few in suites, some in jackets. Many just wore a nice shirt, some with ties, some without. So it doesn't matter what you wear, you will fit right in.

So true and since they have our $$$ why should they care! Sad!

We had same issue on Beyond! We would be at the bar by 4:30 and only 1 bartender!
