  1. I got these and love them: https://a.co/d/4CMj3oD
  2. These ones? If so, I would hope the Haven Sundeck above might be calmer/quieter than the main decks. But I imagine the early morning lounger moves might cause a problem...
  3. I'm not sure where I posted it, because I brought it up before in a difference thread. They showed the rough deck plans, and these rooms had the balcony in the floorplans but they weren't consistent. Some had a small line to show how small the balc really is
  4. I think those slide rooms are gonna cause a lot of problems for people in general. They should have been clear in the description that they're next to slides when they started selling them.
  5. Yes. I'm not sure in what world a 3rd party site would have "the real deck plans" vs the official website
  6. NCL has the slides on the balconies as well (I posted a screenshot earlier of them from the NCL site)
  7. Yeah I assumed. I don't see how CDP could have more accurate plans than NCL. Happy to finally see the Deck Plans; very excited
  8. Yup! Looks like the official ones are up, and they even put in the slides going through the balconies 😂
  9. Yeah, cocktails on tap is common now at many land bars/restaurants etc. There's a few that work well premixed etc
  10. I'd love to see the Vibe, if possible. I'm not sure if I want to book it or not, for my trip next year.
  11. Good point, but I think it's a case of the sign being on that cut off glass lightbox thing on the right. Here's my very crude attempt at demonstrating: If you look closely, it seems the patter on the (I'm assuming) glass sign is also reflecting...
  12. NCL will do their best to get you the cheapest flight, but also one they know will cause them less hassles. They're not going to book you on a flight that cuts it too close to the embarkation deadline etc. I'm sure the last thing they want to deal with is rebooking people onto flights if something happens etc.
  13. As with others, I understand why you're upset. But the reality is you're getting an extra room for free, to use as you see fit. That's a bonus in my eyes (if it was me, I'd love to be in a room alone, but still get the benefits of the Haven). I've never been on the Epic, but couldn't the extra balcony room be on the same floor?
  14. TY; I called my PCC today and she said it was around $850 CAD for 7 nights. Which for me comes out as $60 pp? This seems slightly better than the current exchange rate on the USD to CAD Free at Sea Plus package cost for a 7 night cruise. Unless my math is way off or something...
  15. Any Canadians booked this? Interested in seeing the USD to CAD conversion rate etc
  16. FYI even if border agents don't ask to see your Arrive Can app, they can tell you filled it out by scanning your passport. On a recent trip, when returning to Canada, the agent scanned my passport and asked to see my Vaccine Doc as "the arrive can app didn't like the photo I uploaded" He had not asked if I filled the app out, or asked to see it before this point. I'm assuming the passport info you enter into the app is on file with the agents, allowing them to check your info and only ask to see if if something isn't correct etc.
  17. I've been looking at the Suites on my upcoming sailing in Jan '23. I've noticed a slight difference in some of the balconies on different decks: I understand this location is where the dry slides are (weaving in and out of the balc. areas), but do we think the room on Deck 15 has more balcony space than the room on Deck 16. Or is the missing line just an error (though lots of other decks have the same design in the floorplan). Thoughts? I've been looking at the renderings of the ships and it's hard to tell, though the official room plans on the site do not show balconies this large.
