Suites no longer have to check out towels?

We are on the Anthem, and they aren’t scanning our cards for towels, due to we are in a Suite. We have never experienced that before. -
We are on Anthem currently and they do not have Cabanas in the pool area.

I am on the Anthem right now(which we like), but we really love the Navigator. LA is the 2nd closest port to us, but I am not sure if a Quantum class ship would make us want to go to LA more. -
We will make Pinnacle on the Liberty, after our TA on the Rhapsody. I honestly am just looking forward to the free internet. 😀

The only ship we have ever booked a guarantee OV Balcony on was the ICON. I really don’t care what room we are assigned, but the price was right and we won’t be in our room very much.

I agree that it does vary by ship. We were on Grandeur for 3 weeks in August and they had cookies in the lounge every day after the small breakfast fare and until the evening. Anthem has a lot of sandwiches and snacks all day long.

We have 766 Diamonds, 556 Diamond+ and 109 Pinnacles on the Anthem and Diamonds are still allowed into the Crown Lounge.

We started our Anthem TA yesterday. Diamonds still have access to the Crown Lounge(at least that is what our letter states). We did have a Meet & Mingle yesterday at 4:30 in the Solarium for D, D+ & Pinns with tables of mimosas and champagne. They were walking around with food also which reminded me of Celebrity.

Second thoughts about the Grandeur.

We just spent 3 weeks on the Grandeur and had a fun time. The staff were all amazing. You mentioned ice shows, which the Grandeur doesn’t have. We are going on the Anthem today and I am looking forward to it, much more to do. The Grandeur doesn’t have many bells and whistles, but we are just happy to be on a ship. -
We have one of these also. Love it!

I agree. I counted only 11 on Royal’s website, which doesn’t include the World Cruise segments.

Every ship handles things differently. There is no guarantee that this is how it will be handled every time.

Why encourage people to not follow the rules? Also, we used to put wine in our luggage and it isn’t much fun when you have to go and retrieve it yourself and receive it late because you weren’t supposed to put it in your checked luggage.

It is 1 bottle per person. They used to list it as 2 per cabin, but it is 1 per adult passenger now.

I agree with you. I would never want to inconvenience anyone unless I absolutely have to. Why hold up lines when I can just do it myself.

We were on this cruise and we had the best time. The people in Israel were friendly and we were happy that we took the cruise. We took the train from Haifa to Tel Aviv and toured Bethlehem & Jerusalem.

You will be able to board in the Suite line on embarkation day. You will have more room, a tub and a separate shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. You will also receive double points.

I have never heard of it either, but it sure sounds wonderful.
