    You will be able to board in the Suite line on embarkation day. You will have more room, a tub and a separate shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. You will also receive double points.

    I have always been able to get Sprite Zero, but the answer is “yes” you can bring on your own.

    There are many itineraries that are not open for 2025. We just have to be patient.

    We have had many changes to cruises in the past 2 years. I wouldn’t count on them cancelling or any refunds to the cruise. If you know you aren’t going to go and you already have a cruise in mind, I would call and cancel and book something else.

    It definitely varies. Sometimes it is 2 days and sometimes 7.

    The credit card will not be charging you for a cash advance, it will just be charged on your onboard account and be charged to your CC at the end of the cruise.

    Some ships aren’t too bad, but like what others have said, there is only one floor. It can be unbearable depending on how many smokers there are.

    I have never not received my shareholder benefit on a cruise.

    Explorer is a great ship! Go and enjoy yourself and don’t concern yourself about bad reviews. We had an amazing time on her last year.

    You can always ask. I know I wouldn’t because I don’t like to ask them to do anything extra.

    They won’t even let you book the excursion for an age restriction.

    I guess I got lucky. I checked it to a cruise on Thursday on the website. I don’t have a problem with using the app, but I like to get everything done at once and might not have my passport handy, which I can just add the numbers on the website.

    Staff is still serving it on all of the cruises we have been on this year.

    There is an additional charge for the 2nd lobster, the first one is free!

    We have. The only problem was that we didn’t receive it for 4 days and our stateroom attendant asked us to help her sort ours out of others laundry. It was the weirdest experience, grabbing underwear that were ours and seeing someone else’s items that they sent in. This was just this last February.😪
