There is definitely something off tilt here! To my knowledge they just don't give away a 6500 point certificate. Has anyone heard of a giveaway like this? I say all this because one would have to cycle $32,500 through a slot machine or cards to earn this reward. Someone who bet $20 just doesn't add up

Now that Allure is doing the 3/4 split it is even closer now. We sailed Friday Dec 8 and was contacted that Monday. I would assume a Monday sailing would not hear from them until the Thursday or Friday before. I think people need to realize that the suite concierges on Allure and soon Utopia now have double the amount of passengers to deal with on a weekly basis and can not respond to every unsolicited email.

If you stay in the interior have the beds separated and set up the PNP in the middle. Should help with the space issue.

I was actually seeing this as a reason to not cancel. Wait, roll the dice and see if they cancel before final payment and actually get something out of this. If not then pay the $200 to change. By then the 2025 season will of been released. Got 2 weeks to think about it

This is correct. With the unlimited package you are buying the "combo meal" 1 small plate, 2 large plates and a dessert. You may also sub out the dessert for an additional small plate as the desserts are not great. They value this "combo meal" at about $35. Yes the rolls are a bit smaller. But if you were to buy a la carte then small plates are $9, large plates are $13-17 each and dessert is $5. You can decide which is best option for you. To have some context I'm a big guy and I have never left Izumi nothing but stuffed.

You should of received an updated invoice when the change was made back in August 2022. If you did did you review it? It's now almost a year later and after final payment. I don't think much can be done. You can just keep trying to call back and hopefully get it straightened out

Just saying if you have a list of preferences, which you did, odds are you will not be happy if you win the bid (long shot anyway). Remember these are most likely rooms nobody else liked the location. Me personally I could care less about the location if the price is right

You are extremely particular about location and should never pick a GTY or Royal Up if all these possibilities are issues for you

I booked an Indy Oct 2023 balcony GTY last month and was assigned my room this week. Booked an Allure Nov 2023 balcony GTY the same time and that one is still pending an assignment.
