See now that makes sense in terms of your spending power.
But when others are outraged at how Wonder is $1200 less than Utopia on that inaugural week and how they hope that Utopia fails just boggles my mind
I believe everything is more expensive then it was then. Add in inflation rate and its a whole lot closer than your numbers would suggest. Plus price point per day on a 3 day is going to be higher than a 7 day which is exactly why they went this route.
Compare the price to upgrade if available then bid accordingly. Also be sure you are fine with your room being moved to anyplace on the ship. Then forget about it. Don't expect it to happen, just be happy if you get it.
Half the people get mad when they don't win the bid and the other half complain about location.
So this thread is about them now charging over $170 and you are worried about 18% on my $54? And why would they change grats? I’m sure people who want to buy now for their kids would kill for the $54
On Black Friday we paid $54pp for our upcoming Sept cruise. Also paid $120pp less for UDP then it is going for now. Point being prices have sky rocketed for everything but the algorithm knows the exact price point for maximum profits. Need to remember these are all add-ons and not necessary to have an amazing cruise experience
In theory yes you could. The airport is only a few minutes away. I have made a 9:30am there. But on NYE you would be taking a huge chance that if for whatever reason the ship got delayed clearing customs that you may miss the flight and not be able to find another that day.
I would say since they do not discount daybeds I would not see what would be the reason to hold them back until cruise time. Since no penalty for canceling many people book and then decide closer to the cruise if they really want to spend the money and keep it. Just continue to monitor for availability.

Same one!! We have a whole group going! Us and another couple have Sky Jr suites, one has the panoramic suite, one has an owners and another has the surfside family suite which funny enough was cheaper than the reg jr suite.
This does put it into a whole new perspective plus the giant hole at PC 3/4 after mid-July 2024 onward. I would almost put money that it will be Utopia to compete with the Wish
I am looking at Sept 2024 and the only ships without any schedule are Jewel, Grandeur, Rhapsody, Serenade(finishing world cruise Sept 10) and Spectrum.
Is it possible there are no 3 day weekends out of Port Canaveral for Sept 2024?
