  1. I could not complete my reservations for Amazing evenings on our B2B cruises. Gave up and called only to learn that I had reservations for both evenings (???) Also learned that you can not go freely from one booking to another without closing out one booking. Guess it is a learning curve. .

  2. If the ship cancels an excursion money paid in advance will be refunded. If you cancel an excursion before the deadline that is published onboard, it will be refunded to your onboard account, if you are beyond that date/time you get no money back unless the cancellation is for a medical reason that has been confirmed by the ships medics.

    You cannot check out how tickets are going. It certainly has been an issue in the past that trips were full before you boarded or alternatively you get onboard and find it is not going to run due to lack of demand which can leave you scrambling around to sort out something else.

    However all this might not be a concern to you are Azamara are working on a solution to allow you to book in advance using onboard credit. It is an IT fix being promised to be delivered during 2017. What is not known is when....there is a hint it could be soon as Celebrity are already doing this and as Azamara and Celebrity share a lot of technology who knows, could be very soon

    I ask because I know there are coworkers monitoring that email address, ready to help anyone with online problems.

    And, of course, I'm hoping that through helping individuals they've found the systemic problem!

    I decided to try once before writing and it worked !! without an issue start to finish.

  6. Am I the only one having difficulty with the on-line check-in this weekend. I cannot go beyond step #1 ... the computer freezes up at that point...no step #2.

    I have tried repeatedly yesterday and today.

    After 40+ cruises I think I know what I'm doing.

  7. Booked on our 1st Azamara cruise - a B2B - so wondering if the self service laundry is accessible or crowded on sea days?

    Not that I want to do laundry but .... with luggage weight allowances !

  8. I was wondering about signing up for the Amazing Evening too. Found it under shore excursions but to confirm the reservation they want all your credit card information (???) for a $0.00 fee. What am I missing?

  9. Regarding internet minutes, you get one or the other, not both.

    It is a gripe of mine.

    We are travelling next week in a CC but are also Discoverer plus.

    The internet minutes are included in the cost of the CC and we are not being rewarded anything for loyalty. Some may think I'm being petty.

    It won't however stop me from travelling on Azamara.

     

    Darn Oh well I am sure we will survive. What is the cost of the Unlimited package? We are doing a 7 day followed by a 10 day.

  10. I am Discoverer level with the LeClub Voyage and booked in CC suite

    Will I get both the free wifi minutes that come with the suite and the minutes from club benefit?

    Also...on a B2B so do I get the minutes from each cruise?

  11. The new package is coming with 20% which brings it down to $46 a day + grats. Most fancy drinks are now $12+grats. Throw in some bottles of water and a special coffee or 2 and this really seems like a no brainer now.

     

    The only kink for me is this is my first cruise as Diamond and we are getting those free drinks in the evening. I'm betting those 10 drink cards will now go away, but who knows. I go out again on Thanksgiving and will report back for Liberty.

     

    For Diamond members are drinks loaded into card for use during Happy Hour in any bar - like on Celebrity??
