You have to call them to upgrade from classic, and I was told there was 10% discount when I enquired. Compared to $20 pp per day plus tip = $22 onboard. Hope that helps.

Celebrity can't have it both ways, they can't expect customers to dress in pants, if they don't want to, and there has to be more on offer than the worst buffet at sea. Stands to reason to me that shorts need to be allowed in the dining room because of this. I'm not impressed with these cutbacks and price hikes, and if I didn't already have a cruise booked, i wouldn't be booking celebrity right now. Having said that I was on seabourn sojourn last December and I wasn't impressed with their cutbacks either.

I'm definitely looking at Virgin, the price hikes and cut backs celebrity has done are ridiculous. Having said that I was just on Seabourn Sojourn and there were a lot of cut backs there as well, Mainly food.

Blu is very good, both food and service. Persian gardens is crap, there aren't even any reclining heated beds, just a heated bench seat. Afternoon hors d'oeuvre weren't anything to write home about. We never used the gym equipment in the room. Would definitely upgrade for the right price tho.

Tell them you need a very light massage, not deep tissue. I would go for at least 60 minutes. Celebrity also used to do taster massages about 5 minutes, not sure if they still do.

I haven't had this on celebrity but just had it on seabourn, my point is that I loved it, even tho i usually have filet. To me it was like a cross between a steak and a really good roast.
