    Used to be £50 deposit. Think they may have increased that now so more to lose if you decide not to go.

    Only lunches I have seen have been for Caribbean and above. The welcome buffet was very good, especially the prawns, and the wine flowed plentifully! Galley and waiter parade on last night is also back. Must say the waiters on this ship are excellent, probably as they have more time to interact with diners.

    Sailed on all the Solstice class ships plus Constellation. Nice ships. However, Celebrity do not want solo travellers (too expensive) so switched to P &O back in 2013, which I have found suits me better.

    Welcome onboard lunch was buffet in Medina. Peninsular lunch was the usual sit down in Alexandria. Same old menu!

    Off Aurora today. Buffet welcome lunch. Great cruise apart from poor weather and the hurricane! Good food and excellent service. Crew are wonderful - so friendly and professional, and happy! Quickest disembarkation ever today - left cabin at 8.00 , off ship at 8.05 and on the road at 8.30. Aurora still my favourite ( and no queues or need for app! )

    Anyone know what paperwork, if any, required for cruise to Canada? Website appears to indicate none required but had some other views.

    Update from captain. Winds last night topped 75 and waves up to 6m. Thought it was a bit bumpy!

    On Aurora. Calm this morning after battling through Force 10 last night. Heading for Cherbourg.

    You can pay more and get back to a semblance of what things used to be by cruising on the smaller ships. Just avoid the biggest ones.

    HX charged me 30 percent more for a hotel cruise package than direct with hotel Never again. Book direct always now.

    Was raining in Tallinn this morning but brightening up now.

    Boarded Aurora on 25th. Straight into terminal at 1200 as priority boarding. Terminal empty and large queue outside.

    To cheer you up. Wine kept overnight on Aurora in Fixed Dining but not in Freedom.

    Maybe he tried the MDR on formal night without a jacket? More to this than meets the eye methinks. Glad saga is over!

    Same on Aurora in May. Boarding her again tomorrow so I'll let you know!

    On Arcadia in June you had to take the bottle away with you on club dining. Cut my alcohol intake down as I only had one glass with dinner!

    My partner has Toyota HRC. Too clever. Texts him to give him info like where it is, doors not locked, window open, etc. Would annoy me to be honest! Prefer a dumb old car like mine.

    Loved Andy. Hilarious and sociable. Saw him in a pink tutu at the pantomime and rollerblading down the pier. What a character.

    I am with Vodafone and had no charges in Norway.

    Nothing beats being on your balcony as you sail into a Caribbean port (with a cup of coffee) or as you sail out (with a glass of wine)!
