  1. Any idea when the 2026 World Cruise out of the US ports will be posted? Other cruise lines are already offering their schedules.

  3. I have not cruised with Celebrity so I don’t know the answer. This question is really for my daughter. She told me this - We have spoken to a TA and have a cruise held. It sails in early January 2024. She has not given me a confirmation number or asked for payment. It’s been a week since we spoke. How long can this be held without full payment. I’ve tried to contact her, but she hasn’t returned my calls. Should I be concerned? I would be. I would be calling Celebrity directly and ask if I do or don’t have a cruise on the books. Thanks for your input!

  5. Has anyone received a phone call from a man at Princess Cruises post cruise asking about my cruise experience? I told him I had already submitted the lengthy the post cruise survey. He pressed about any additional information. It was not my CVP. Never has happened before. Seemed odd…
  6. We have booked and paid for shore excursions on an upcoming cruise. My husband and I both have elite status and should have received a 10% discount for those excursions, however we did not. Thought maybe the difference may have been given back to us as shipboard credit or perhaps a refund back to our credit card. Nothing on either side. Anybody able to share what happened to them? Any thoughts as what we should do? Cruise is scheduled for later this summer. Thanks much!
  7. To answer questions regarding my original post… Final payment has not been made on this cruise. The promotion I booked under is still going on. Cabins in my same category are still available. Price is now $200 less per person. I appreciate all responses and comments.
  8. Good point! Not certain the CVP would get back with me before our category is sold out. Usually not timely in responding. Didn’t even know if an agent other than our CVP could rebook us at the lower rate (with same perks).

  11. Cruised in December on the Discovery and have been waiting for a survey to arrive to no avail. Would like acknowledge a hand full of crew members that went above and beyond to their supervisors or whomever. I know from speaking to these folks that they appreciate these kind words. It was also mentioned that they are compensated with extra time off, etc. Besides the extra gratuity we personally gave them, what can we do? Who can we contact? Thank you!
