I think that very much depends on the port and the itinerary, I didn’t see it in the Mediterranean and had taken pool towels I was bringing back.

When we went to the beach we just grabbed some pool towels from the pool area and took them with us.

A friend has had a cruise on another line cancelled in April as they won’t have the ship back in Europe in time due to the issues. But no idea what VV is planning.

I’m not the OP but I do think 7pm dinner so you can see the 10pm show or 8.15pm dinner after the 7pm show is often best.

They do need to start doing the Disneyworld thing of yelling at people to move down every row and fill in every available seat in the Red Room. There is often quite a lot of spare seats as groups leave an empty seat between themselves and the next group. Now the ships are busier it would help if people filled every seat properly.

Ah, my last cruise was September so must have changed just after. The main course and dessert hasn’t changed at all though, still the same as 2022.

I assume the switch to the goats cheese instead of burrata is very recent then.

I think the chicken needs some extra sides alongside it, some potato or similar .

Also once on the ship the app runs on the local network not the internet so doesn’t make a difference if you have the streaming premium WiFi or the standard one to the app performance. Also make sure mobile/cellular data is off, last time I could not get the app to work after check in because my phone hadn’t fully moved to the WiFi for some reason, once I did that it worked better than on land.

It should tell you in the app on the restaurant page what the policy is, it might be seven nights or longer to book places more than once now? I can’t see it in the app as my cruise is too far away!

Does that NCL fare include tips, WiFi and soda? I get some of the current pricing is crazy but could add $600-1000 just getting the equivalent of Virgin’s standard package.

I would take any review with a pinch of salt. I’ve been on with about 2300 passengers and had no issues except on sea days every single outdoor seat seemed to be taken. Also Test Kitchen and Razzle Dazzle usually easier to get a table. The Wake is hardest.

Depends on the show and how busy the cruise is. Things like the It’s a Ship Show dinner show are limited capacity so you probably won’t get in without reservation. But Untitled DanceShowPartyThing is a standing show and they don’t always even check for reservations. Other stuff like Miss Behave and Duel Reality is inbetween, best to reserve but standby might be possible. Some things in the Manor don’t need reservations, you just show up early enough to get a seat.

Once onboard a lot more dinner reservations times will be available so once you have the shows booked you can move your dinners around. That’s the biggest tip, get on the app as soon as you are onboard and book fitness classes, activities and shows on the app then sort dinners. You can also book brunch at the Wake and Razzle Dazzle. Age group is everything from 18 to 80 but a majority is 30-55, varies a lot with the length of the cruise too.
