Dinner service has fallen off hard

UPDATE: day 3 maintanence game by today with ladders drills etc but we headed out to let them do their work. We came back after a great day of service and unfortunately still have the same noises. We got a call from the service team asking us if the issue was fixed and after I politely explained that it wasn’t and probably couldn’t be during this voyage she understood. Everyone has gone above and beyond to try to fix the situation, but I don’t think the the room can be fixed during a voyage. However, the amount of effort and care our butler, concierge team, and hotel management have put into this problem is very refreshing. We can’t be mad at the crew for a ship they didn’t build. They did make a comment that beyond’s extra length and width may have played into the issue. besides the noise, everything else has been amazing with incredible service.

We are in 9200, a magic carpet sky suite.

Currently on beyond. Our room sounds like it’s falling apart. Woke us up last night repeatedly. They might have to take this whole thing apart and put it back together again. Our butler offered to have someone come check it out but the sounds are coming from the walls, the doors, and ceilings… everywhere. I know it’s not something they can fix , but he tried.

I personally like the aft. The galley, the dock house, the perch are all on the back. Main dining is center and aft. You also get a small and quiet elevator bank. The front is really only near the red room for the main shows and richards rooftop for rockstars only. Deck 14 is shaded, noisy and hot (due to sun hitting pool deck above). The lower floors can also be noisy. I would go for decks 10-13 aft.

That's unfortunate that they are moving people. I doubt something is wrong with the room that would take 3 weeks to fix. Sounds like the ships arent sailing very full right now, sure hope they make it. On the bright side, we really enjoyed the aft. There are 2 elevators right by your room that are never busy and will take you most places (except floors 4-6) if i remember right.

@CruznTheWorldTry deleting the app off your phone and re-download. If it's not a bug and there really isnt any reservations, more will open up on sailing. Also, many people change and shuffle dinner rez's once they book their onboard activities which opens more availability.

all the hype for a promo video? They said it was going to be "unbeliebably epic" on their last IG post. They still havent posted to their IG, maybe there is some news attached as well when they do.

It does currently looked scheduled that way. I could see them re-scheduling/re-routing some ships as their current itineraries are becoming stale. Either way, excited for the news tomorrow.

It is about time for them to release a new schedule for fall 2024/Brilliant lady's schedule.... Kinda sounds like hawaii.
