If you are booked on an itinerary that changes, you will receive an email. It may not be timely, but it will eventually come. We have known of changes for quite some time before getting official email notification. If you're already onboard, you will receive the change notice in your cabin. This one came while we were AT the new port, but it did come, lol.

Welcome to HAL!! HAL does a GREAT job w/laundry - game changer on packing. Also nice to return home w/all clean clothes so unpacking is easier. They take great pride and, as others have said, honor special requests, just write it on the form. I took the paper out before I took the picture, but here's how hanging items are returned. And here's how folded items are returned. Oh wait, this isn't laundry, but it was on the bed next to the basket - and it was clean, lol You'll even get little notes back w/your clean laundry.

Enjoy Alaska!! You can absolutely each have your own card on file. You and/or he can also change that card once onboard from what you entered online during check-in w/a trip to GS. I will make no comments about the bed arrangements other than to say I'm so happy you feel comfortable enough w/us to share those details, lol. 🤭I already read the post where you meant DF, not DH😉

If they do it like last year, Christmas decorations will go up in waves with more out as the days progress. I'm excited to be on a ship that has Grand Dutch Cafe as the little separate room gets filled with a village - it's so pretty. Pictures from last year are not on my phone, so tomorrow when I fire up the computer, I'll look for them.

No sir; I was on Eurodam April 29 - May 6 this year for AK at which time DH made good use of her new library.

It's cuz they know it's better this way and wanted you to have the good stuff, lol. Yummy 😋

We have always enjoyed the library - DH doesn't read books at home, but it's the 2nd place he goes when we gets on a ship (1st is lunch, lol). He was disappointed this cruise upon learning NS did not have the nice library he frequented on Eurodam, so also thrilled it will there in 2 weeks when I get back on.😊

I find the spa to be a good resource for locating robes. No guarantee but worth an ask.

They are always there (and only there) during posted hours. The hours are VERY limited, but they do have them. Usually have a sign posted at the desk with their hours. Also listed in The Daily (printed program) on the lower portion of back page and in the Navigator App on the "hours" tab.

Interesting collection of days - not a fan of French Dip but it does have a strong following; Pneumonia can really be bad for so many people; I like an occasional Happy Hour - looks like today should be one of those days!
