We are Diamond on Royal. Hubby and I are same status.

We have been Elite for the last couple of cruises but today when I called loyalty person they couldn’t understand how I was Elite with 249 points. Did they change this recently? I am listed as Elite still but would hate to go backwards. Has anyone else had a similar situation?

I just put a hold on a prime concierge. Crazy if that is the real price!

We did B2B on Beyond in Rome. They had a meeting to explain and then morning of we took our passports and room key to one of the dining rooms and they gave us our new key. We were switching staterooms and all we had to do was pack our stuff and leave in stateroom. We were told to keep the clothes on the hangers and leave on bed and they would move along with suitcases. Super easy!

BTW. We are Elite and have cruised for years. I just couldn’t figure out my password so I set up a new registration on cruise critic

Super confused by Celebrity acceptance of Covid tests. Do I understand it to be correct that you can just take a pic of your self administered test results?
