  1. OK, we have now advanced to a new level of s*** show with your situation. Anyone still feel good about doing business with this clown show? No faith in my upcoming voyage with them. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

  8. By the way it's 11am on the east cost and still if you call they have no idea what you are talking about. Shouldn't they at the very very least have a response in place to help undo the mess and show some customer service with a verbal apology by now. Ridiculous.
  9. If I made a mistake at a job I was let go. Always had very hard bosses with black and white thinking. Never any middle ground. Why shouldn't a big company have consequences for their actions.
  10. They make mistakes like this all too often. A loss of faith is what I'm having. It's a three ring circus run by clowns. This really should be a total embarrassment to them. And the executive's that get paid way too much money to let a massive mess like this happen. Has Ford or Toyota ever accidently advertised a car for a buck, No. Yet this company has a history of these kinds of mistakes. This is not a first or even a second for them since 2020. How they handle this will speak volumes. I have time and money tied up in plans and my faith in this company to provide a good experience is definitely at an all time low. All I can think is what's next? If they can't get a website right, what chance does food, entertainment, safety, etc have. Not feeling good about my choice of cruise line. Money spent and too late to back out. A rotten state of mind to have weeks before a trip. Thanks for that Royal Caribbean.
  11. Everyone who kept saying they were OK with this said just ask for extra towels. But see it's not that easy. Has anyone tried calling for extra towels, instead of hunting down attendant? Would like to know how that works out for people.
  12. Pre existing conditions should only apply to those insured for the trip. Death of a family member would be an entirely different category.
  13. Only thing I take issue with is last paragraph. Please don't lump not paying gratuities in same paragraph with tipping cash. Not tipping at all is nothing like tipping cash. Too many people lump them in same breath.
  14. You never know what can happen in your life where you need every spare cent of cash. Plus it's my money. Why tip in advance for service I still have not received. Do you tip first in a restaurant then look at the menu? I'm not there to supplement their salaries. It's just a tip to some. Not part of the fare. Not part of the contract between employer and employee. I'm not part of that deal and do not see it as my problem or responsibility.

This is the way to go because if you have bad service, you can remove the automatic gratuity at guest services at any time up until the morning of departure for any reason by going to guest services or calling guest services from your cabin and requesting they be removed.   21. Help me out here. Where in the planner under water does it specifically say Evian? I see the crazy price jump from $11.99 to $30, but it doesn't mention water brand???
  22. No they don't. Nobody has to purchase any beverage package. Coffee, tea, ice tea, lemonade, water, all free.
