  1. Go into the app>>dining>>view or book individual daily resos>>+add reso>>specialty dining.
  2. To each his own. Agree with no preferences, but the dinner was delicious.
  3. Bummer. I found it, albeit when I actually went there, to be fine. Although I haven't been there since the new implementations. At least the language isn't a barrier.
  4. This topic might be changed to "Princess phone customer service."
  5. Curious on your take about the dinner, specifically the wine...I did not like any of the wines or the pulpo course, although loved everything else. Did you and others like the wine pairing? I like wine, don't get me wrong, but those wines...
  6. Maybe it was an exception, but one that I thoroughly appreciated even though I'm not in the "Suites Only" program. There are probably special circumstances all the time.
  7. Just like Discovery, too.
  8. I'm a solo traveler who stays in inside cabins and none of that mattered or was even known. I made a wonderful connection with a Princess steward who took it upon themselves to get me invited, which I gladly accepted and loved the entire experience. IMO the bottom line is anyone can be invited so for those not in suites don't think it might preclude you.
  9. Don Terris reported today that one of the Celebrity ships is charging $2 per cookie plus 18% gratuity! Testing the waters apparently.
  10. For some reason I was thinking of the casual restaurants going from included to the new structure and not factoring that they weren't part of any packages, but fares.
  11. I'm reading an FAQ that I hadn't seen previously on the Princess site and found this entry "interesting" (I bolded and italicized the pertinent part). Will I receive the new perks if I purchased Princess Plus or Premier at the old rate of $50/$75 per day? You can absolutely upgrade to the new perks at the new price! If you do not wish to upgrade, you can enjoy the package with the original perks as you initially purchased them. Seems like a case could be made that folks could get the perks they purchased prior to the changes to me.
  12. FYI The dining rooms are not all named the same on Princess ships, i.e. Discovery uses Skagway, Ketchikan, and Juneau.
  13. Probably, which is a waste of product and a waste of the servers time, therefore money. Eh, charge their onboard account if they can't have the decency to wait for their order. Or, tell them if it happens more than x number of times they will be charged.
  14. They could add a disclaimer that yes, they will deliver anywhere on the ship, but only to the location where the order was placed. If the guest is not there, the order goes back.
  15. FWIW On Discovery the bar service at both pool bars is very slow unless you're there very early and using the Mix bar. I've given up on trying to get service at any time at the SeaView bar.
  16. Just did a review of the Princess deck plans. Here's a summary: All ships except the ones I list below have Slice. Princess Pizzeria - Coral, Island Prego Pizzeria - Diamond, Regal, Royal, Sapphire Chopsticks Noodle Bar - Majestic List above includes the Star, but not the Sun.
  17. That message looks like it was sent to travel agents (the "your clients" references) and not on the Princess website for the general public.
  18. @Luv2cruz1000 The MDR is still free. The $14.99 is for OceanNow delivery activation if you don't have the Plus or Premier packages.
  19. @Mike07Not sure this is what you're looking for, but click on his username and you'll land on his activity page and can see his posts there.
