No difference in an A or B veranda cabin on vista other than the concierge perks and maybe better location but that again all depends on which category within A and B. But cabins are exactly the same.
Well GTY can be risky but there really aren’t too many B4 on Vista and they are all close to one another so for this one I don’t see too much risk as all similar and none are connecting rooms. I guess you could get a B3 if none become available but biggest risk with any would possibly be maybe a connecting room. If you are not too picky personally I think you are probably ok. Just my opinion of course. I did a B1 GTY on Vista in May and all turned out great. And the worst outcome will be a B4.
Yes I have seen where some physicians are not in agreement with the FDA allowing it without a positive test in hand. Therefore it is up to individual doctors discretion.
As of February, I believe in the USA a positive COVID test is not required, but still recommended. Of course you would want to have a positive test result before you would start taking. I guess gives some people a sense of relief at least having the prescription in hand should you test positive and not at home such as on a cruise or foreign country??
And just to confirm Feta..both parties are NOT required to upgrade to the Prestige Drink Package. This is one of the items covered in the FAQs on the Oceania website.
How do you get your clothes out if your suitcases don’t open up? 😉Also, I believe they will store your suit cases for you if they will not fit underneath the bed.
Understand your concerns on this one, but since this seems to be the only port that has been impacted by the new system, to me at least, this points to this particular port being more of the issue than Oceania.
I guess I am missing something, but you said you clicked on confirm to hold the new itinerary which I’m assuming you wanted or you would not have wanted to even hold. But you were then told you had actually changed to this new itinerary because clicking on it was not a hold of this new itinerary which appears you wanted but an actual change? So it would appear then you had actually changed to an itinerary you wanted??? And this first change would have been free?? Again I must be missing something but just attempting to understand the situation
I would think price does not include the discount. It doesn’t when it is the 10% for being a member. And the current discount only applies if booked before end of year.
That would certainly make sense, but pulled up another and the only category wait listed was the Inside stateroom. No big deal but just seems a bit odd.
Looks like a 28 day on Marina, Montreal to London and a 38 day on Insignia, New York to New York. All others right now seem to either begin or end in Iceland.
And………they’re back!!!!! Same happened to me what you had described above. Wonder if pricing had changed any? I had not looked at them that close before. I did notice on one I was interested in that the Owners Suite is now Wait Listed and thought they were just for viewing purposes until 10/4…..not that I was going that route….
I had saved a cruise on Vista yesterday for June 2025, London to Oslo…..now when I look today it is not there. Anyone else seeing some cruises that were there yesterday and gone today? It is still in my saved cruises though. Actually saved two other cruises on Sirena for June 2025 and they are no longer showing either at the moment.
