    Cruiser from Bridgeport here. I take the metro north to grand central and hop on a taxi to get to the pier. very easy. Fare on the metro north train from Bridgeport is $15-20 one way. Taxi fare the last time i went was around $25 from grand central to pier 88.

    This happened to me when I was mock booking solo cabins on the Aqua, kept getting the message saying the cabin was no longer available. Just so happened the PCC called as I was on the NCL site and told me she was able to see available rooms on her end.

    I got a solo inside cabin on the Aqua for a 5 night cruise to Bermuda in 2025. When I spoke to the personal cruise consultant this morning, she said there were 6 left for the sailing I was interested in. I also checked the solo inside cabins on the Getaway for the same itinerary and saw some available.

    interesting. I'm getting on the Escape this Sunday. I wonder if the weather will affect embarkation or departure

    looking forward to your posts. I'm a first time solo cruiser and will be on this itinerary in a few weeks, so I'm a little anxious and reading up everything I can on the Escape and Canada/New England port stops. I saw the latest review and there were issues with the tendering process at Bar Harbor.

    oh no! Hope she'll be able to retrieve her luggage There's going to be 2 other ships at the Manhattan cruise terminal when we embark on the NCL Escape later this month. I know misplaced luggage doesn't happen often, but I still can't help but feel a little paranoid about leaving anything with the porters.
