  1. Laura at it again. The hits just keep on coming! We lost getting pillow chocolates during the evening turndown service in 2009 with RC.
  2. Then you'll really like the onboard CAS perks/benefits.
  3. Depends on the beer. Typically bottles 12 oz. Aluminum bottles 16 oz. Fosters (oil can) 24 oz. Never seen a forty sold on a Celebrity ship.
  4. We picked the Amalfi for our March 2024 cruise. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Location had nothing to do with it. Walking to and from a location is never an issue for us.
  5. We would avoid any stateroom below the pool area or any other public areas above and below. No experiences but IMO, the noise factor would be a factor for us. Always busy. All day. Even early in the morning when maintenance workers and pool staff working and setting up for the day. And of course chair hogs moving chairs to mark their territory early in the morning. I walk the track early in the morning (~6:00 AM) and look down at the pool deck and always see some sort of work in progress. Also pool parties in the evening. Especially Caribbean cruises. Not to mention the busy daytime.
  6. Just an FYI for others reading that may not know.
  7. Give Laura time. Like you we did the 4 perk option before the AI option which we now do.
  8. That's normal for spouses. However she will not have the same CC points as you.
  9. IMO, the limited outside designated smoking areas onboard are fantastic. Great views and service.
  10. Talk with the CC concierge once you are onboard.
  11. On our last couple of cruises there were always 4 Pelton bikes set aside for non class use. There are more (don't know how many, a lot) dedicated only for classes. I do not have a Peloton account and used the bikes everyday.
  12. What year? Doesn't matter. You better have someone help you search for a cruise out of San Juan. Pick a month and and year as there are plenty to choose from. We always have cruised out of SJ March/April time frame.
  13. Why wouldn't they? It's their job to provide the service they are getting paid to do even for us CC members ordering drinks during the CC HH. How and what they get paid is not my concern and only between Celebrity and them. It works the same way with RC with the CAS HH drinks. I guarantee you would never see me leaving a tip. I do it very discreetly, so don't ever assume what others may or not do. We are CC members, but haven't used our CC HH perk since the restart as we prefer the AI.
  14. No. That's up to you for the CC HH drinks.
  15. Well lets see. Blu, Luminae and the other specialty restaurants in the fleet.
  16. Looking at our CC welcome aboard perk/benefit flier from our March 2023 Apex cruise. On that cruise the CC HH was excluded from the Magic Carpet, Craft Social and all restaurants. Like always also no CC HH on embarkation day.
  17. Crap, my mistake. It's the Homewood Suites, not Embassy Suites Long Beach airport. The Hampton Inn is part of the same building. Thanks for the info.
  18. You must be using a Sea Bag. The Rucksack I humped wouldn't hold that much.
  19. Our October cruise on the Eclipse the app shows nothing for menus. I guess it's the Mast Grill and the Oceanview Cafe for us. 🤣 To cheap to spring for specialty dining. Point is I have zero trust in the app with the published menus for the MDR. We'll wait until we are onboard and sitting in the MDR to decide for our specific cruise.
