  1. Fifteen drink limit. Just sayin'. 😆
  2. You're fine then. Just be sure to grab it when you see it.
  3. When are sailing, again? If fairly soon, I think you can assume the Land's End is sold out. It went quick on our trip.
  4. That seems really cheap for the Land's End excursion. I'm going to guess, since it says "from $45" that it's after the discount. Regarding the Connell Lake, that is before the discount.
  5. Uh, yes. Yes, I believe you are.
  6. I'm trusting my room steward isn't Capt. Hazelwood.
  7. No, it's recent, very recent. I have read those tiers a hundred times and I've never seen it before. Or I'm blind, which is possible.
  8. Whatever you do, make sure you pay the small gratuity for the FAS specialty meals on both cabins. Otherwise, the other cabin will not get the specialty meals, and your daughter will not be able to give hers to your wife.
  9. Same. I'm going to have to confer with Mrs. IA to check my recollections. It's just in my mind's eye that we are always unpacked and settled in before sail away. However, I may be thinking of dinner. But I am certain that 2 out of our last 4 NCL cruises, the bags were at the door when they called rooms ready.
  10. Interesting. I'm trying to recall if we've ever not had our bags by sail away. I would say that 50% of the time they there when our rooms are called as ready. Do you tend to check in early, or late?
  11. Good guess. Exactly how many people would you expect to be on a specific ship, at this specific time, in the Haven, reading through CC threads? 😆
  12. Yes, it is. This may come in handy in a few weeks.
  13. I got mine in the hotel the night before, exact wording. It's not a good sign.
  14. And I believe you could be 5/6 if you're always bidding from an inside - but some of those 5 might only be an OV, which is still great for $5 over minimum.
  15. I absolutely believe that. I would not believe that you've done it 5 out of 6 times. 😎
  16. The word is that 11:40 am will work 99.63% of the time. You'll be fine.
  17. If you are bidding from inside to OV, or *maybe* OV to Balcony, I might believe this. Otherwise, as daddy always told me, "Don't believe everything you read on the Internet".
  18. Of course, but I also consider the source. 😎
  19. Rumor has it that the buns in the now complimentary American Diner are different. I'm not going to count on it, but there is always hope.
  20. Would you agree that somewhere on the Internet I can find that bartenders on cruise ships are making far more than $1000 per month? In addition, your 3000 out 4000 passengers may be far too high. You have to exclude anyone under 21, and anyone who declines the drink package. For example, that would be 3/4 of my extended family who might, might have a glass of wine or a beer at dinner. Finally, you have no clue who is included in the receipt of the drink package gratuities. How about the MDR servers who bring 4 drinks to the table? How about the runners who stock the bar? The staff that washes the bar glasses? Maybe the laundry staff who wash the bartender/server uniforms? Point is, it's all pure speculation.
