All true. I imagine it was not done in- house. But they still had an acceptance test that was agreed to for payment. Changes now are all add on payments per issue. That keeps the doors open. You know the cycle.

I had to wait until paid in full. Then had to phone in because the app or laptop would not work. I had to call in my excursion too . After the in call in they did show up on the app . And I have a brand new phone and laptop.

My favorite thing is the nostalgic feeling that Princess has as the original "Love Boat" sails out of port blasting the Love boat theme. Maybe because of the television show, being onboard a princess ship feels like you are on a vintage cruise from the good old days.

I had to phone call in to make our specialty dinning reservations and our excursion for an upcoming Princess cruise. I was able to log in ok, but the app or the website would not let me complete the reservations as desired. After navigating the phone call tree, and struggling with a language barrier, I was successful and the reservations showed up on the app. Like you, I was determined to do it on-line, but now I won't hesitate to call. Sometimes I wish I was not tech savvy, and just booked the whole thing the old fashioned way like I think many must still be doing.

The Celebrity Edge class ships have that "shades of gray and white" updated look . It definitely gives a brighter and more open feeling. The Regal has that elegant look. What era you grew up in will determine what look you prefer. I like both.

I think elegant can get confused with dated sometimes. Most new homes and several brand new ships have the popular " shades of gray and white look". Do you like the atrium of your ship to look more elegant with dark wood and marble, or more like a motel lobby or mall. Both are nice.

Thanks for the corrections and your local knowledge. I just noticed that they are selling tickets to balcony parties on the official Mardi Gras web site, and assumed the Tremont had them based on the unbelievable high rates to get a room.

The Tremont cost $700 per night for that weekend. From what I read, they actually fence off an entertainment area that goes from 20th to 25th, on Strand and Mechanic Streets. No cars allowed in that area for the whole weekend .It appears that balconies at the Tremont are highly desired and possibly some charging spectators to use. I do not know how parking and coming and going would be. Is my car trapped in? You might want to actually call the motel directly with questions like that. Do you only have that one night? I fall into your category of age, I know what you mean. But one night there during the Mardi Gras might fun if you have a balcony.

I know a beach that is easy to get to. There is no worries of getting back to the ship in time. It has free lounge chairs . Guest can relax and explore on there own, and even leave anytime they desire. Showers and gourmet food are nearby on a multi million dollar sailing vessel. And it is free. Check out Mahoney Bay beach.

Is there a shuttle or tram to the beach? Do they have resting chairs or benches along the way? How far of a walk is it? The overhead chairlift is not an option because of mobility.

I am happy. I have the premium package. Just sayin. That pizza is good.

Thank you. I know the Express lot looks no bigger than a grocery store parking lot and I was worried that they over-booked it. I just did not want any surprises. I was surprised that lot was even available.

Even Judge Judy would throw the book at defendant Royal Caribbean. All cost associated with the cancelled cruise includes cruise cost, motel, airfare, milage and gas, planning time, miscellaneous. In addition money/cash in the total 100 percent amount of the cruise cost to be used for another cruise on a different cruise line or used as desired. Ahhh is not an answer.
