  4. If you sign in to princess.com and are eligible they will show up. I just had this happen for the SA cruises a month ago. I did this around 8AM Arizona time the day they were released not sure if they were there earlier.

  6. I have booked and made a deposit without FCD and then had my CVP add a FDC and got the appropriate OBC.
  7. You can order medallions as soon as you complete travel list as far as I can tell. I say this as I “accidentally” order for my November cruise when I thought I was on my July cruise. I got my July one order also.
  8. I just checked the app and my excursions show up when I click Journey, book excursions, then scroll through the dates. I am 52 days out.

  11. Thank you for your Barcelona review. We will be ending our cruise there in august and spending 3 days before flying home and are in the midst of planning, which I enjoy. I am trying to decide how many EURO we will need. Are you finding most places take credit cards? Any help would be appreciated

  15. I booked direct never used TA after a bad one many years ago. When I click on the transfers as your screen shot shows it said no transfers and did not give me options to add. Now mine show up after CVP added them but while I can see them I have no option to delete. I may be doing something wrong would not be first time. When you click on them you have options to add or delete? I just checked still no options just pop up box saying what is there n
  16. The discussion is all about perception. I am elite on Princess and have always booked on line and used call center until this year. My frustration level has been through the roof trying to get the things done that you can no long do on website. (Example add Transfers to a booking). Spent 40 minutes on phone trying to add transfers which is or should be simple. You use to be able to do this as an excursion on the web site but now must call. I guess so they can give you the sales pitch but I may be cynical. Thanks to a posting on this site I decided to give a CVP a try. First I used Website to ask for one, long story short after three times and a month no call, no email, nothing. I found the number for the CVP line on another post and called. I was told a CVP was assigned to me so left a message. Two weeks later, nothing so called back CVP line and talk to a nice gentleman who spoke perfect English who took care of my issues with the 7 cruises I have booked in less than 30 minutes. He is now my CVP. Yeah. I will not be calling customer service line again.
  17. I just checked mine by, open original email then clicking on get reward. It took me to an aarp site then gave we option to check balance which worked. Never went to princess site. Hope this helps.
  18. I am a little confused. Why do you say to keep checking that your book is in order? Yours got changed after a call the customer service line, not out of clear blue sky. Yes customer service line makes many mistakes and is very frustrating, I refuse to ever call them again and will use CVP line instead. You say you now check yours every day does that mean you call customer service every day?
  19. Carol, I want to thank you for posting this notice. I just booked the 36 day SA and got the cabin I wanted. I know I would not have gotten on the Cribe deck aft if you had not post so I could jump on it the day it went on sail. The OBC is nice also

  22. Do you book excursions on line then call or just have excursion number and have them add excursions and then pay with AARP gift cards
  23. I got the same letter 4 times as I had requested 4 credits on 4 different cruises. I have been at this for over 3 weeks and now have 3 of the 4 credits applied. Moral of story is start asking as soon as possible as it can be frustrating and take awhile.
