  1. Yesterday I was doing a fake booking to check fare on one of my cruises and laughed when I saw Plus at $64 Premium at $60. I knew it was a glitch so was not tempted.
  2. So in regards to missing day and port per Princess it is a glitch in system. I was so shocked, lol not. they will be fixing it in next 24 hours so hope it doesn’t effect something else. They are suppose to email me when fixed I will let you know. yes you can see your excursions by clicking on journey tab, shows all of mine i had to reinstall App Monday to get it working after update
  3. Yes I will come back and post either way. I have hope (eternal optimism) that it will reappear tomorrow.
  4. Yes still shows Stornoway in personalizer which is the day and port missing in app. I appreciate all you guys giving me help. I guess just another fix for Princess ocean now App. I will call them tomorrow if it does not reappear.
  5. No a few have noticed it and was asking about it. I thought as it happen after update of App that maybe others were experiencing same on their cruises so asked here.
  6. No out of NY to Southampton no Dateline crossed. The day and port was there before the updated app. Now just gone. Pacngo. Hope not as it is say 18 of 21 day cruise. Actually first half of my b2b so will be on 31 days.
  7. Has anyone else had a day and port disappear from your Journey tab? skips from day 17 to day 19 of Journey. Port and day still there in personalizer

  9. So somewhere on the app it says you have X amount OBC for first cruise and Y amount for cruise 2?
  10. The Princess board only approved SHC through 12/31/2024. We will have to wait till they meet later this year to see if they approve SHC for 2025. This has been true for many years
  11. I just called ocean ready about the app. App not letting me sign in. They said that corporate IT just informed them they were still in process of updating app and it would be up within the next 24 hours. They were told to tell guest to try back then.   14. Why with Princess they are not conducting sale, have nothing to do with it.
  15. I am in same boat do not see my November 2025 (b2b) or my May 2026 (b2b) cruises. I do see my July (b2b) and November 2024 (b2b) and July 2025 cruises. All 9 of them are on my personalizer so not worried just figured app was full.
  16. Only first two in cabin must buy package. 3rd and 4th do not.
  17. Just like you we go with the flow as far as dining but do book excursions pre cruise.
  18. Yesterday I was able to get in around 3PM Arizona time after a morning of frustration. I see it acting up again today, suggest you try later. Another Princess App gremlin.
  19. I always book my excursions early, usually as soon as they appear on excursion tab. I have found on my two cruises coming up in July and August when checking the price of the 20% off excursion sale that I have saved over $1000. That is the price I paid early vs the “sale” price.

  22. I am a long time Princesses and other lines Cruiser and for over 20 years did it myself except for 2 tries with Travel Agent, with bad results, never again I swore. Then Princesses out sourced their call center. For 6 months I struggled with trying to understand them and make them understand my simple request. I usually have 4 to 6 future cruises booked. i read on CC how helpful some people’s CVP were. I decided to give it a try. It took 2 weeks of multiple request on line and with call center before I found number for CVP line and finally got to someone at the CVP dedicated line. I found out I had been assigned a CVP but when I told the gentleman I was talking to that I was never contacted by her he said well let me help. he is now my CVP and wish I could share his name so other could get the level of service he has provided me in the last couple of months.
  23. Lady Arwen my comment was your statement that crime is worse now than in 2012. All the statistics that I read the crime rate is down after 2018.
  24. And you basis this on what information? Please indicate where you got this knowledge. I am not trying to be confrontational but I live in Arizona on the boarder and have for my whole long life and spent much time in Mexico.
