It is location, to what they deem as being the best is Prime, then Deluxe & ordinary, size of cabin is not different but balcony may be larger & in ordinary it may be partially obstructed but not always.

Drakes2- just wanted you to know that we did not pay baggage fees in April as we have a Aeroplan credit card & flight was booked through Celebrity Air.

If you get Maria on the Chat, she will tell you to call Celebrity but everyone else has been great. I have done a few changes in both moving cruises, upgrading a cruise & getting a lower price. Good luck!

I have found that if you want to make a correction or change a cruise the fastest way to do this is to do a mock booking & most of the time at the bottom right hand corner “ask us anything” will appear. I have done many changes to reservations this way on their chat line. They are quick & very efficient plus never had to wait long at all. I have only had one person not be very helpful.

The balcony furniture was awful, nothing inviting or comfortable about them.

We were in 6129 on the Summit in April & we had no grab bar in bathtub you literally had to hang on to the bathroom counter to get out. We also spoke to the Retreat Hostess about the lack of full length mirror & she advised us that we were the first guests to even ask about it, she also seemed surprised as all crew have a full length mirrors. We we’re talking to the Chief Housekeeper one day & he also appeared shocked that there was no mirror. They do have them outside the door on either side though. Lol! The infamous chair that didn’t fit under the desk was always in the way. I don’t think the Sky Suites were given much thought from people that cruise. They say once you have a suite you cannot go back again but you sure can no problem. Balcony chairs in Aqua or Concierge class are way more comfortable.
