  1. Take her card with you so you can get two coffees. Otherwise it’s generally one drink per card at a time.
  2. Yes, only During the Two hour “happy hour” window, every night except embarkation night, from a specific Elite Happy Hour menu only not valid all day long like on Royal. also see this recent thread
  3. There are dozens of reviews of Reflection. They are a good place to start. Then search for the many posts comparing Royal and Celebrity. Lots to read.
  4. You can pull up the menus on line and on the app.
  5. The app is such a mess. It has contradictory information all throughout. Who knows what is meant by the info the OP sees.
  6. I never tried to make a video call. I used calling over Wi-Fi frequently. I had the stream package so it worked fine all the time.
  7. The Elite breakfast for sure. For other events, consult the Captain’s Club Concierge
  8. Many people, including me, have posted bar menus. Do a search of cruise critic to find them. shampoo and conditioner and shower gel and bar soap are all provided
  9. If you have a cash account you probably would be using cash in the slots
  10. You might hear back but I wouldn’t bet on it. They try to settle as much on the ship during the cruise as they can. Post cruise I am afraid your email won’t be very effective in hitting your target.
  11. I don’t know what the hangup is but it is 7:15 AM and the walk offs have not started. The line for the walk off stretches from the central staircase back to Tuscan and then circles on itself again almost back to ensemble.!
  12. Have you looked at your booking on the Celebrity website? It’s all spelled out there
  13. They probably don’t have any in stock but if you tell us which ship you will be on it would help. silhouette and summit have none in stock
  14. S class ships — be sure to look at the structure above the bed….extra storage space there
  15. Here’s another Celebrity specific tip. I don’t know if other cruise lines use the aluminum bottles that are so hard to twist open. Hit them sharply upside down on the floor and it will loosen the cap so you can twist it more easily
  16. Because this gets asked so often I've compiled a list of things to spend OBC on. The only thing I know of now that you CAN'T buy with OBC is a deposit on a Future Cruise. You need a credit card for that. Also, there may be some card game in the casino with a cash only buy-in. If they do a fundraiser, like selling t-shirts to “save the reefs” and the like, expect to need cash for that. Otherwise, here you go: *Acupuncture *Airport transfers *Alcove Rental (some ships) *Apple products etc. and Ilounge classes *Art Auction Purchases *Babysitting *Barber Shop services *Behind the Scenes Tours *Beverages -- Alcoholic, carbonated soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, bottled water — if not in your package, also beverages above your package limits *Bingo and Deal or No Deal *Bottles of wine *Casino *Chef’s Table *Corkage charged if you bring your own bottles of wine to the MDR *Duty free liquor and cigarettes *Extra cost entrees and other items in Main Dining Room and specialty restaurants *Extend Your Stay program *Fitness classes *Flowers *Gelato *Gift shop souvenirs, purses, watches, cosmetics, clothing, jewelry, etc. *Gratuities, and extra gratuities *Guests dining with you in Luminae (applies to Suite Passengers only) *Guest entertainers' CD's and DVD's *Hair and nail salon *Hollywood hot glass experiences (some ships) *Internet if not in your package, also Internet upcharges *Laundry/pressing/drycleaning *Liquor Tasting events *Luggage Valet *Martini Flights *Medical Center *Mini bar *Portrait photo sessions *Pay-per-view movies *Persian Gardens passes *Personal Training Sessions *Photos & cameras *Room service up charge items, and late night delivery fee *Ryde spinning classes *Shore Excursions *Shuttle to town (some ports) *Spa -- massages and treatments *Specialty restaurants *Teeth Whitening *Telephone calls using ship's system *Transfer to another passenger's account *Voyage in Review DVD *Wine and liquor tastings *Zumba
  17. Another one some ships change to local time, some don’t, so read the Daily Program carefully
  18. I’ll play Shoes are required in the OceanView Cafe Don’t leave room service trays in the passageways because it’s hard to move scooters and housekeeping buggies past them if you find a duck don’t take it to lost and found. Either keep it or hide it somewhere else
  19. Weather has been great except for some showers in St. Maarten. They keep the air conditioning on throughout the ship so you might want to bring a sweater.
  20. Tuscan — easy to fill up on bread and the charcuterie plate. Steaks there have all been good. Spumoni donuts are a great, if filling dessert lawn Club Grill — my favorite. Steaks, kebabs, and flatbreads are delicious. Don’t miss the warm cookie dessert
  21. I will guess that there are fewer than 20 children. Cruise Criticsuggest you start there
  22. Saw a rather drunk man last night who was letting everyone know by means of the t shirt he was wearing on which he had scribbled “Celebrity sucks” that he was having a miserable time. He had put out over $500 to buy a ticket home so he could disembark today from St. Maarten. Why? Because he was denied entry to the MDR because he was wearing shorts. he knew before he boarded what the policy was but he somehow thought that an exception would be made for him and when it wasn’t he got obnoxious. no sympathy here. He was willing to buy a t shirt on which to scribble his message but not to buy a pair of long pants. safe journey home, sir
