I have had two Real ID licenses from two different states.I moved. In neither state was I able to walk out with it. It was requred to be mailed to my street address as that was part of verifying residence for Real ID in those states. Perhaps Pennsylvania uses a different verification of address but not everyone in the US can walk out with a Real ID licence.
In NJ it gets mailed to you.

No judgement but it continues to amaze me that people will spend $$$$$$ on a cruise - but bringing on that one extra bottle is the be all and end all barometer of a good cruise.
It's always fun to get a bargain.

I assume you can get off almost as soon as the ship docks at 6 am? Do I need to line up early?
They should give you a timetable for departures. Look at the time for self-disembark and get there 45 minutes earlier.

They were propped up against the wall and curtain. I'll be so sad if they aren't recovered.
That could be missed during cleaning. Hope they are found!

Now, question about items mistakenly left in cabins. Do they EVER get turned into lost and found? DD left her snorkel flippers. She immediately filed a claim, but hasn't heard anything...
I suspect it is variable. Did she leave them under the bed? They could still be there. Did a cruiser find them? Maybe they kept them. Was your attendant having a busy day? Maybe they went into the trash. ymmv

Next month we have our first ever 3 day cruise. My plan is to use my diamond internet day when we set sail, then use my wife's the next 24 hours, leaving us only missing one day of internet. Dumb question, but I've always bought the internet ahead of time, for that one day, basically the last day of the cruise, how do I purchase the one day of internet and use my diamond/prime status discount for the $20 or whatever it is per day?
We use cellular until the ship is ready to leave port. We take the night off from internet and then start our first free day the next morning around 10am. Your service will go until 10am the next day. Then you can skip a few hours (or more) and sign up again to use your second free voucher to get another 24 hours. This way you will not have 24/7 internet but you will have internet at least a few hours each day until you are back in port and can switch to cell service when you are docked.

I use to be like you, could sleep 14 hours easy, now 6 1/2 is about the max due to aches and pains I need to get up.
Get The Big One gel memory foam mattress topper. I got it at Kohl's for cheap on sale and it is amazing.

Another note..when logging on to the app, it usually says “Diamond Plus” at the top..after the call from the LA, that changed to “status pending” and has been like that since. Last night it changed back to “Diamond Plus”.
Ok, everyone can relax now. Go home. It's over.

My 13 year old has 28 points. My 23 year old has 8 points despite the fact that she has been on every cruise the 13 year old has been on and more. At this point RC is unwilling to fix her account but we will be on the Navigator on April 7 and are going to visit the LA and see if they are willing to fix her C&A points. I have 47 and my 23 year old should be at 37.
Let us know what happens. When I talked to LA about a points discrepancy, they would only go back X number of years, no matter what proof you have.

Good news everyone......hot tubs are optional just like the swimming pool.
There's only so much we can say about D+ clawbacks and 1 dinner only. Got to think up more topics. This one hasn't been around in awhile.

And those damn mattresses 🤯
imagjne the 100’s if not 1000’s of couples that have ……… and slept .. in the cabin you have booked
Just think about that next time you are laying on you bed in your cabin
“I wonder how many people have” xxxx in this bed I am laying on.
On one cruise, my kids kept complaining that their mattress 'smelled'. Maybe on the second night, I went in and took off the sheet. It was unbelievably, horribly stained. They did replace the mattress, upon request. I hope they immediately burned it and didn't trade it out!
At least there is a thin protective layer on the mattress. There is no protection from hot tub fluids; they are mixing right in!
And I always bring my own pillow.

If it skeeves you out, don't use them. But, keep in mind the thousands of people that are using them week after week. How many are coming down with disease?
It's the principle of the thing.

I think there’s a lot to do on oasis class ships, if you don’t want to be in lines there are ways to avoid it - ie skip my time dining, don’t be at the gangway at all clear time, etc…
I would definitely choose early dining.

Hence my question on why something would have come available. It has nothing to do with online inventory, as the ship was SOLD OUT. So, if someone who was in an OV cancelled, why was her bid selected? There's no way it was the highest bid, and it was way under what the cabin would have cost if she had booked it originally, instead of the inside.
No one knows.

The Sapphire Preferred is the other card they offer, it only costs $95 and does not come with the insurance..
Yes, it does.Just look it up.

We will call them and see what they say and also call the credit card company and see if there is any type of travel coverage.
You don't even have to call the cc company. Find out exactly which card she used for payment and you can go online and see if any benefits are offered, like automatic travel insurance. Then you have to read through their T&C to find out exactly what they cover.

Under 18s should have to wear bracelets with built in tech that cuts off the parents drink package if the kid is being obnoxious. Passengers can scan the kid with the app.

Keep in mind EVERY phone call I've made has provided me a completely different answer, but what I was just told is non-D+ cruiser gets status, but not the points. Therefore, if they cruise without you, they don't get the status for that sailing.
I don't think that is correct. If someone gets to a level, even by someone else's points, they are that level when they sail. However, they can't progress to the next level until they actually earn the points for that level.

I do see 2 3-person CP available and actually, one of the cabins that comes up accommodates 3, and one accommodates 4.
When I put in 4 people, 3 cabins come up.
TAs or RC may be able to see more.
