Thank you for responding. We think our cruising days might be starting to come to an end with all the lines changing policies so would like to indulge once with afternoon tea. We actually have cancelled one 14 day Princess upcoming cruise and are doing an all inclusive resort instead. Best wishes to all whatever your choice Louden.

A quick question for those in the know. Is afternoon tea in your cabin still available for Elites ? We have always wanted to enjoy it but have we " missed the boat " ?? Cheers Louden

Just spent the good part of the afternoon talking to Princess and being referred to my TA. Princess rep basically unaware of the promotion. After over 2 hours with TA on hold was told that the cruise had to be re-booked and the new airfare would essentially wipe out the extra OBC. I know that the promotion only applies to certain cruises, in my case two this fall and winter, but as you stated there was no mention of "new bookings only". Would have been so easy simply adjust current booking to new credit value. I note that only cruises of 14+ days get the $500 so there is really no benefit for shorter cruises. Dennis

FYI On this voyage you will clear Canadian Customs at the first Canadian port. In this case, St. John so you will have been already cleared on arrival in Quebec City. Cannot comment on being able to leave the ship in the early AM. Enjoy this wonderful itinerary. Cheers Louden

I am assuming you are doing this trip departing July 22 2023. We did this cruise last year and you clear customs at the first Canadian port you arrive in. In this case it is Saint John NB. I cannot remember if the boarding ramp was open all night. I do remember there were no taxis nearby when we left at 0700hrs. There was no designated taxi stand at that time. Hopefully someone has more info for you. Strongly suspect you will have to book a taxi the night before. BTW, it was a fabulous itinerary and cruise. Cheers Louden

We just disembarked the Enchanted a few weeks ago and on that sailing Princess transfers to MIA were listed at 0710hrs. We cleared security, picked up our luggage and were at the buses by 0730hrs. Sounds like each ship might have slightly different times depending on arrival. Hope this helps. Louden

This fall when we sailed from LA to Sydney the hull was cleaned in Tahiti prior to arriving in NZ. Divers as descibed were present. Louden
