  1. Toddlers are not eligible for the Adventure Ocean program, but many of the ships now have a Royal Babies and Royal Tots Nursery. You have to sign up for each time you bring your child, and you pay extra, but it is a wonderful program and worth the money imo. Here is a flyer with info from a cruise two years ago that gives more details.

In addition to the nursery - which is run very well, there is a free play area set up every day with age appropriate toys. Your little one will have to be accompanied by you or another adult; the staff only comes in to check about once an hour.

They also have a toy lending program, so you don't have to pack lots of toys for your cabin.

Thank you for this info. We will be on Anthem next year and this comes in handy!

  2. Hey good people!

If the summer 2016 itineraries ever come out for the NYC area, Anthem may be on our list. Now that being said, thinking about a suite. We'd have to have a crib for the little guy. What suite would you recommend that would give us room for a crib and a hubby who dislikes using drawers and prefers to live out of suitcase? I know...too much for a woman to live with..lol. I'm thinking a Grand Suite. Not interested in a jr. Suite

  3. I use "hubby" and "the girl." On one trip report I did' date=' a couple of years ago, somebody was complaining about calling my daughter "the girl." Somebody who met my daughter on a cruise posted that both my hubby and I would call her "the girl," as in "we'll check with the girl if she wants to see the show..." etc. and that this guy should just mind his own business.[/quote']

That's funny. My father calls me 'girl' and I'm 42!
