Thinking about getting a day pass for Atlantis on our next cruise. Does anyone know how loose the slots typically are? Also, how is the drink service? Free like Vegas or pay for your drinks? Thanks for the help.

I'm enjoying reading your post., I can't get my "cruise on" until December for a B2B on the Ruby so this is holding me over.

When we sailed to Alaska in 2000 Princess was still playing Love Boat theme at sailaway, and it was the BEST sailaway ever. Even the people working on the pier were smiling and dancing. Have been on many Princess cruises since then and I miss it everytime.

Thanks for the help. I think I remember reading somewhere that they didn't sell liquor which is what we need. I will check with them.

I just walked up to the liquor store (1 block up from the CP)....they do NOT carry boxed wine. You could ask the CP to take you to Von's at 13th & Gaffey.

Do you mind telling me the address of this liquor store? My DH and I will need to visit before our cruise in March. Thanks

Hopefully this helps. We took these on Pensacola Beach the day before we left for the cruise.

Cocktails on Princess have size choices....small, medium and large.

I have to say that I didn't think that anything could make me want to cruise more than I already do......but you have. We are sailing to the Caribbean on the Noordam in December and I can't wait. We haven't sailed with Holland in several years, we've been on Princess, but after reading this I'm am glad that we chose to come back. Thanks again fro all your posts, they have been great to read. And, congratulations on your marriage!

My DH and I love looking around the ship when we first board and there aren't many pasengers there yet. He likes looking for "secret passageways" they are on alot of the Celebrity ships, normal people would call them shortcuts.
