I love the idea of an Amber alert for Santa😀. Even without him on our door we're having a great time!

Thanks so much for all of your comments. I don't think it fell off, we have several things on our door and only Santa is gone. I actually wrote a funny note to Simone the cruise director asking her to ask for the return of my poor lost Santa on the wake show and she actually read my letter on the show! Maybe Santa will be returned😁. I'll keep you all updated.

I thought we might be safe on this cruise since so many of the passengers are adults. We haven't seen many kids at all.

Just wanted to let others know that are planning to decornate their cabin doors for the holidays what happened to us. We're sailing 15 days going through the Panama Canal and last night someone stole our Santa decoration from the door. I've been on so many cruises during December and have loved seeing the doors decorated. It's just sad that someone felt the need to take Santa. Maybe they'll leave the rest of the decorations alone that are on my door. Other than that, having a great cruise. I'll try and do a review when we get home.

The last few cruises we've had an inside cabin, always on the Plaza deck as close to the middle as we can get. And we do check to be sure that there are cabins around us. We have been very pleased with this location

Another vote for the Volcano, it is awesome. I ordered it one night and the people at the tables around me were droolng and asking what it was.

Extra zip top bag to fill with coconut ranger cookies... to get me through the plane ride home. ;) :D
I'm going on my first Oasis cruise in May So I'm reading everything I can about RCCL. Please tell me about these cookies, I've heard mention of them before. Thanks!!

What an awesome upgrade!! And please let Wifey know, I'm with her. The spreadsheet might be just a "little" much. Great read so far.

Looking forward to cruising along with you. My family will be going on the Oasis for the first time next year, so I'm reading and learning everything I can. Thanks for taking us along, and have a margarita for me please!!!

Just booked this for our Princess cruise in December. Thanks for sharing the video. Just wondering if you did the optional add on of Snuba or just regular snorkeling? Thanks!!

I am trying to remember but I believe they are also loungers.
Thanks, if they are that will make my husband very happy!!

Does this answer your question about the chairs?

Nice photo!! One of my favorite things to do on a cruise is have a good nap. But I think those are the chairs by the pool, I was wondering about the ones on the promenade. Thanks though, that will be me in a few months.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We are on the Island in Dec. for a full transit. We have done this cruise before but never on this ship. I did have a question, did you happen to notice what type of chairs were on the promenade? Full loungers or just regular chairs? Thanks

Just started following, thanks for taking the time to do this. My family will be on the Oasis for the first time in May next year so I'm reading and watching everything I can. We usually sail Princess so I'm looking forward to trying this ship.

These are all great ideas!! Depending on where we are going, I try and get local currency. If you stop anywhere for a snack, cocktail napkins sometimes have nice logo's on them. We have black sand from St.Kitts and pink sand from Bermuda. Postcards of the places you are visiting are also good.

Also following!!

Thanks so much for taking the time to do these posts and the scoping. I've only been able to watch a few live, sadly I've been working. But I've watched them all. Loved the gaucamole and so glad to see the infamous scooter. Still trying to talk my husband into the drink package. But unfortunately he's done the math, he's an engineer, and he just doesn't see the benefit. But I think it would sure be fun trying to get our moneys worth......
Thanks again!!!!!

Just wondering if liquor stores are open on Sunday there? We'll be leaving on a cruise on a Monday in December. But flying in on Sunday and will need to buy some liquor before our cruise. We didn't really want to wait until Monday so we were hoping to get this taken care of on Sunday. We'll be staying at the Crowne Plaza and always go to a liquor store just a few blocks away. Thanks!!

I was watching a VLOG on youtube tonight from the Regal Princess, and I saw some food carts in one of the clips. I would also love to get a little more information on these if anyone could help. Thanks!!
On board Island stolen Christmas decorations
in Princess Cruises

Got back from my cruise yesterday. Sadly, I have to list Santa as "Missing at Sea". The cruise director, Simone, did mention my poor missing Santa on several of the Wake Shows. But I'm sure someone either threw him away, or just kept it. All the decorations came from the Dollar Store, so it wasn't much money at all. I knew that there was a chance of something being taken, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
We asked our cabin steward if she would like to have the decorations at the end of the cruise she was so happy to have them. She told us that the ship was having a contest with the crew, for the best decorated door. I hope she wins, we had lights, garland, and several magnets. I'm going to try and attach a picture.........
