t Any idea how many guests are on board. Not that a sold out ship would seem crowded but wondering how Crystal is doing attracting passengers. Based upon reports from cruise 1 I'm sure they'll do very well
-
Were all men in suits or tux or were any in sports coats?

We haven't had an issue with photographers for at least many years - it was great having them so when you wanted pictures you could get them
I remember when Crystal had the painting sales sessions - speaking of non-luxury but they went away and as said many things change which is good.
-
Are Crystal executives on the cruise today? Seeing what they have created so far and planning for what is next?
-
Not sure why refurbished isn't as good as new but.. It has never been the physical ship that made the biggest difference to me - sure it has to be Ok but the crew, dining, enrichment, entertainment, etc. are much more important to me than the decorations or size of rooms.

Any idea how many passengers does it seem busy or emptyÂ

Keith - we all appreciate your help but make sure your enjoyment on these cruises are your primary activity.  Thanks,

Back to the new ships:
Are we as forum members supposed to come up with or help with the names of the new ships?😀😆

I'd like to see a restaurant whose menus change to reflect where the ship is cruising - local food in that place.
I also would like to continue the Crystal traditional that all locations (other than laundry rooms) are available for all - no special places for top floor rooms only

Back in 2019 we did a Tokyo to SF cruise - in a city in Japan (can't remember which( they had a model of Asuka II. Having traveled on Harmony it was really nice to see it - even if only a model

Keith is a big help to us all but how about letting him enjoy his cruise rather than gathering pictures for us.

Lets all remember that in all places and particularly new or newly setup areas adjustments will be made based upon usage and helpful comments people will make. The crew and staff have always been willing to listen to cruisers

Keith - hope you and Anne Marie have a great and safe trip over to Europe where I hope you have a great cruise.    Thanks for all your help and a great trip is a reward you deserve

Feels to me as if we have traveled back 18 months and seeing a modern presentation of what we all loved.

Sure doesn't look like an "old ship"Â maybe some of those comments will stop.

The pictures are great - are they being sent by a member of the crew or are they from some "official" source?

Wow looks great hope we see a lot more photos

Absolutely right Shorex - it is the passengers and crew and how they treat each other that makes Crystal a great experience.

Yes, maybe I'm a bit hung up on dress codes - the casual (non-formal) seems a bit more dressed up than before with requirement for jackets for men. Also seems strange on formal nights that even though it is suits or tux - ties are optional.
Time will tell but to me - I'm not saying shorts or jeans in the evening but not sure I really want to get dressed up every night on a cruise.

Serenity has left Triest where she has been for about a year undergoing refurbishment and drydock.
Headed for Montenegro

Are women here finding the effective dress code for them has also changed as it seems to have for men.

I think that is great - a lot of people were commenting that they were going to wait to see how things were going before booking. More great news - thanks
