  5. I am not sure what you mean - our travel insurance is purchased immediately upon making a deposit and then it includes a pre-existing condition waiver...just did this for our SEP 25 cruise booked onboard VISTA. What life situations are you meaning?
  6. We were told the same thing on Vista - Aquamar will replace La Reserve when Marina is in dry dock next Spring.
  7. We just got off Vista and were able to do everything we needed but we do not video stream.. We were able to use Game Changer to watch our grand daughter play softball....I was just answering that you can make WIFI calls with the free WIFI accounts. You are correct you can not do everything you can do from a land based WIFI....thank you for the correction.
  8. Purchase??? You will receive 2 free WIFI accounts per cabin to which you connect your phones (in Airplane mode) and can do everything including WIFI calling.

Aquamar is a sit down where your order is taken by a server ......never had a problem finding a table in Terrace (except perhaps embarkation day when people are using it as a waiting spot until their cabin is ready). A new favorite is to order something from Aquamar and have it delivered to you sitting inside or outside at Terrace!

  13. I believe that is not correct. Just got off a cruise on a B2B2B Vista under OLife and had the stockholder benefit applied to all of the cruises. There are some "promo" fares that are not combinable with NCL stock benefit so I assume that is the reason not OLife.

We were on the 07SEP 22 Regatta coastal in an A2 and the total for 2 with no air was $6298.00 and was an "Ultimate OLife sale" so included beverage package, $200.00 pp OBC and 2 free shore excursions pp. The same sailing for SEP 24 Coastal in an A2 with no air and with SM (beverage package and $150.00 Shore Excursion credit is $6198.00 total for 2..... I do not find this as an outrageous price increase over 2 years.....
  15. On all cruises that departed after 01OCT 23 - every cabin receives 2 WIFI accounts......each WIFI account can have 1 device on at a time so no issues to use WhatsApp for texting each other onboard

  17. Your card has the same indication of Select Package (OLife) and SM on it so a quick glance by the wine steward knows you have the package. If you have upgraded to Prestige package, they issue you a new card with that indication on it.....it is a 3 letter code in the bottom right hand side of your card. We found as we got to know the same wine steward, they sometimes would not take the cards
  18. My bad - I thought that they moved HH to coincide with the earlier band playing...but for the noise issue, the band stopped playing at 10PM
  19. The wine by the glass menu is on the table - not handed to us by wine steward in Terrace, Waves and Aquamar. The wine steward in GDR and specialty restaurants would have the wine menu in their hand when asking about our choice and we could then ask to see the wine by the glass menu and choose. This has been our experience for our last 15 O cruises. We never had a wine steward approach us and ask red or white since they had no idea if we had a package or not and if we wanted a full bottle or just a glass. YMMV

We just got off Vista and there was no difference in service - the bar stewards came around and asked what you would like (anything off the wine by the glass menu), they then brought the bottle, poured your glass and then came back around often to ask if you wanted another glass. This was our experience in every dining venue...They would ask at the beginning if you had a beverage package and then take our cards at the end of our meal.
  21. On our cruise, they also would have late happy hour from 9:15PM - 10PM to help with the noise for those suites below.
  22. I believe that Oceania stopped mailing the booklets to countries outside of North America.....the porters at the docks are prepared for this and have the cabin list and blank tags ready to assist those that did not receive them.
  23. You should receive a booklet for your cruise with printed luggage tags included. Unless your TA specified they be sent to you directly, they will be sent to your TA. I would contact your TA and ask how your they specified for your documents to be delivered. There is no online link to print luggage tags.
  24. If you ask to meet with the chef a few days before your reservation, they are very good about working with you to create something yummy......
  25. On Vista, Crab cakes are now offered in Ember and no Prime RIb...it is now offered in the GDR and several times in Terrace
