  2. I don't understand - Starliink (WIFI) is free onboard...2 accounts per stateroom. Or was the Starlink (WIFI) not working?
  3. On our VISTA B2B in October/November - we received notices on our bed and it was noted in the Currents several times in the week prior to disembarking. Also, there was information about it in the internet room and they would assist with completing, Sorry you missed these on your Vista cruise.
  4. We just spent 32 days on Vista and did not experience crowding in Terrace and it did not close until after 9PM...we usually went to dinner around 7:30 and easily found tables inside and outside. I am sure it depends upon the ship and itinerary (staying late in port and many people coming back late to the ship and all descending upon Terrace at the same time). The waiters always came around to tell you that the buffet would be closing soon to give you an opportunity to make one last trip. We then would often stay until 9:30 and enjoy our dessert, an after dinner port, etc. while they were clearing off the food from the buffet. The waiters never made us feel rushed to leave.
  5. The OP was expecting to have her luggage picked up and delivered to the ship so the amount of luggage was not a concern. Now that she has discovered this is not happening, she is having to pivot at the last minute. Keep all of the receipts for the extra you had to pay for transfers, extra luggage, etc. and give/send to O for reimbursement. You should be compensated for the total out of pocket expense you incurred due to not having Luggage Forward amenity as promised.
  6. I don't know what to tell you as I just tried it on all 5 of our upcoming cruises and ti worked that way for all.....I did not pay, the cart was the place I stopped. After I checked "prepaid gratuities" it then show our name with the words prepaid gratuities next to them and no other choices....just like your picture shows. Did you check your cart to see if they are in there?   7. The prepaid gratuities option is indeed under the beverage package option.....it shows as pre-paid under one of the options. When you check on pre-paid gratuities next to each person's name. You then click on add to cart and when you view the cart it will show the total amount owed and you can pay for it (but you can not use OBC) so if you have OBC then just wait until onboard and the gratuities will be added and the amount will be subtracted from your available OBC.   8. This is not true - we had 3 different cruises booked under OLife in 2023 and 2024 and on 2 of the cruises the price was lower under SM and 1 was the same..,,and these were previously booked under a sale offer.
  9. I don't believe you need a sleeve of cups and lids - if you want to be able to walk around with a cup of coffee than people suggest bringing along a A cup with a lid. The lid was the only thing no longer provided. There were plenty of single serve jams on the tables in the morning, condiments are never single serve packets on O . Shampoos and lotions were plentiful in the bathrooms. I am confused on what your comment meant to imply....
  10. I am glad that there are the crew gratuities which are shared with so many "behind the scenes" crew who perform personal service for me - laundry (my clean sheets, towels, dining linens, etc.), dishwashers (my clean dishes), public area maintenance, etc.
  11. We had our embarkation changed from Venice to Trieste a few years ago and surprisingly loved Trieste!. We hired a private driver to pick us up at Marco Polo airport and drive us to Trieste hotel. We then spent 2 days exploring Trieste, Slovakia, Northern Croatia and Italian coast. We would go back to Trieste gladly.
  12. I think they were saying that is where the library is going and the new creperie is going where the library is on Vista, next to Barristas. It would not make sense to have an eating spot tucked away on Deck 14...
  13. Yes - they were in the Lync digital room between the Internet room and the smoking room on Deck 14. Lots of games and puzzles and tables to use.....

  15. Yes, inquiring minds want to know...I just looked at the Deck Plan for Allura and the library appears to be exactly the same as on Vista...we loved it on Vista

  17. On Vista there are heated loungers out on the spa deck....perhaps there are some elsewhere too on Vista....only commenting on Vista since that was the topic of this thread
  18. In the spa area at the front of the ship that is free to Concierge and above and available for others to purchase a day pass
  19. Sorry we couldn't have been as lucky as you....Red Ginger is our favorite too and we were able to get extras there.

  21. On Vista for a B2B and heard many rave reviews for Ember and people trying for additional nights...we tried towards the middle of the 2nd cruise and could not get an additional so someone is liking Ember. We gave it rave reviews...
  22. I have only seen the GDR brunch on a sea day when crossing the Oceans with many sea days in a row.

  24. We enjoyed Embers and it was a nice change of pace from the heavier fare in Polo and Toscana. The filet mignon melts in your mouth and the crab cakes from Polo are now served in Embers, Request a table by the window or in the front section and not as noisy
