No luck with my requests lately. I requested a two-top for a sailing that just ended and only got the automated response. Received a four top. 🤔 Here is what we got on Jewel's sister, Radiance, last month when requesting a "distanced and private" two-top!!

In Miami in March we went from Oasis to Grandeur at a different Miami terminal on a same day S2S on a bus compliments of Royal Caribbean. We also get complimentary transportation between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We always have a devil of a time finding someone to direct us to the provided shuttle even though Guest Services and the concierge assure us it will be a smooth transition.

I'm on this cruise. He could have been near me as on day one or two the pot smell was so strong on my balcony I had to go inside. Made my head hurt.

Too funny. We didn't even get the table for two we requested on current Liberty sailing!

No pink warning covers on Liberty this sailing. Chair hogs in abundance.

Cruiseguy is correct. Just off Radiance a couple weeks ago where DH and I had connecting balcony cabins. To our dismay the dividers cannot be opened.

The only suite goodies we've had upon embarkation are a fruit plate and large bottle of Evian.

I'm currently on Liberty and the app shows no movies are scheduled for the theater - pool deck and On Air only.

I received the same response for my current sailing. Requested two-top and was assigned a four-top. The last few cruises the request was not honored although we were happily accommodated upon boarding.

Yes, it was one sailing for all Signatures last year. Way too crowded.

I can't remember anything in the casino except the special slot tournament. The towels are not the regular ones and the gift may be different this year. It is a good idea to break it up into three different dates as last year there were sooooo many in attendance.

We were on the Signature cruise last year on Symphony. Haven't received the invitation yet for this year. There was a reception with drinks and bites in the Solarium where they gave us each two really sumptuous beach towels. The specialty dinner was served in the Solarium over three different evenings since all Signatures were on one sailing. At Coco Cay we were given free water park passes.

This is a running joke in our family. I've sailed many, many times on RCG on my birthday and see cake being brought to tables and crew singing happy birthday to other guests but not to me😢. This after always asking upon booking if we are celebrating anything! Oh well, doesn't keep me from cruising. Hope you receive something.

I've been on many cruises to Alaska over the years on Radiance, Explorer, Ovation, and another line. Love the Quantum class for Alaska. Traveled in May, June, and August. You never know about the weather. Just returned last week and it ranged from 60s to gorgeous mid-70s.

We received these on a March Oasis sailing. Received nothing on the subsequent four sailings.

Just canceled a nice balcony on first 26-night sailing if anyone is looking - ha ha!

Yep, we are just no longer interested in going back there at this time.

I did, just as Little Britain did and was allowed. They did not give us the option to cancel and rebook. Just another episode of RCI: Royally Consistently Inconsistent.

To the brig perhaps! Update: When arriving at Giovanni's last night to give away DH's BOGO, the manager must have thought we were there to address the situation further. He came over and told us he had already removed the charge from our account earlier in the day. I'm guessing the suite concierge must have told him how POd (or is it PdO - anyway I was mad) I was. We are staying on for the next cruise and I had pre-booked Giovanni's for that one also. I canceled it.

I did show them to the concierge and he called the restaurant manager who said no, absolutely not allowed. Since DH was forced to pay for his, we are going to Giovanni's tonight to give his BOGO to someone who can use the free meal.

Wish they would have offered us that!

Just to let you know this did not work for us. We are on Radiance now. Booked and paid for one Giovanni's dinner in advance like you did and then advised them two would be dining using a BOGO that day one evening. After the meal they brought a bill for $57 for the second guest. We explained we were using a BOGO and the manager came over and made an embarrassing scene saying that isn't allowed and we have to sign the ticket. This morning I advised the concierge of the situation and he agreed that pre paying is not allowed. I have done this many times in the past also but this time it was not allowed.

Have booked a next cruise dozens and dozens of times and never received anything but an e-mail confirmation. ☹️
