  1. Anyone know when Princess plans to release the Fall 2024 Mexico cruises? I could have sworn in past years it would have already been out as we tend to book far out for our cruises...

  3. If you think you want to do a cruisetour I would book that first and downgrade...as those do sell out fast as the lodges have limited space. I know the lodges have their own website that shows a booking calendar so it is possible (I believe) to book the lodge for your kids BUT they will not be on your transportation between lodges as they would be on their own to get from one to the next. I have read a lengthy review on here of a land/cruise tour it was quite helpful.... this is the link for the lodges https://www.princesslodges.com/
  4. probably not showing the owners suite option because they are all sold out. Online just looking at the deck plan your cabin is still there. Our cruise coming up next year our category is sold out so Vista suite is not even shown as bookable as there are no more available to book.
  5. i was told yesterday after being hung up on then getting a call from a sr mgr in guest relations that if you placed an order already they will not and should not go back and charge you the $10...

Oh it took me roughly 40 min but I finally got someone and they gave us the credit...especially because when we picked it up we saw it was bigger went to the deli manager of the store she corrected it and said the charge was fixed...yeah nope...the lady in cust svc who told me it was basically us and said I can tell you how to fix it for future orders...I told her she was funny cause there would be no future orders and thanked her for processing the credit.
  7. No not at all. We didn't open it as this was a free upgrade to us on one of the early 2021 cruises. I am a light sleeper and on the first night the folks in the room came back pretty loud, next am they saw us coming out and apologized. They were contractor crew doing some filming and didn't realize they had neighbors. After that no noise and I also didn't see any light coming from under the door from their side either.

I would agree to this normally but I just had an issue with a grocery store where we ordered a fruit platter for $25 of the fruits my family can eat and the size we could truly finish...well they didn't have this small one so they substituted another size and charged my card the new price which was 3 times the price of what I ordered....I had to call customer service and they informed me it was my fault because I didn't say not to substitute........REALLY...I mean I would think that would be a given...I authorized $25 not $80 but they felt they were right in doing what they did...
  9. I know right I almost didn't answer it and was shocked..and he chatted with me a bit, he used to live in my area and then offered if he could add something to our account for my trouble I said that is not what i was after...he thanked me
  10. This is on the Majestic princess B325. I am standing in the hallway with main door open. door to the right is the connecting door to the other room then the hallway leading into closet and the bathroom door on the left bathroom looking more into the room skinny balcony
  11. @SantaFeFan no the $10 is not that much but what most of us are talking about is the nickel and diming and that as a company they should honor what we booked/ordered under... I at least for now have been satisfied in that this manager says our order will be honored and then on a go forward it will then be our choice to choose how we want the medallion. If not honored he gave me his info to get it handled.

Ok so I used the wrong word...NOT email ...but if you are on the app and look at the order confirmation it shows on mine a big fat $0 for everything as we got just the standard medallion with our loyalty color and the standard free lanyard and at the bottom of that lovely confirmation it show order total subtotal $0 tax $0 shipping and handling $0 TOTAL $0 black and white says $0 for shipping...so now i have this managers email if i am charged on my card or on my shipboard acct he promised this order confirmation will be honored......
  13. how would i get cc to do that? Or i guess a better thing like the gentleman told me...if princess had worded their email better...he actually said that...lol

I just got a call back from a Sr manager is guest services and said that if you ordered your medallion already and got your $0 confirmation they will not go back and charge you for the shipping. He gave me his email if I am charged and said he would take care of it. He also said he is (no pun intended) in the same boat..ordered a medallion for a sailing next year, he went to one of the top people and said hey email is reading odd...as he read it the same way I did ..will be charged unless you upgrade. But they will grandfather in the orders done before 12/14...so I guess order fast!
  15. and up until 12/14 if you ordered it as a business they should honor what they said that it would be shipped free as ALL were...items were ordered before policy change

But if you buy that car and in the deal it says you get free oil changes for the next 2 years...and 6 months into it they decide not to sell that pkg any more that deal you got should not go away...it was possibly part of the price and/or the decision to buy that car...how can they now say sorry no more oil changes...I booked with princess plus back in 2021 for this cruise next year and ordered our medallions over a month ago and now they want to charge me for something that was FREE when i ordered it...not right.
  17. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, she told me they will say same thing, I said that is nice I want to speak to them. Then she said she couldn't connect me...i kept pressing the issue she said hold please...then after holding for 5 min hung up on me....
  18. I am currently on with Princess and they are saying their systems shows that if you already have the princess plus and placed your order for the medallion for a future cruise after the Feb date they will charge you $10 for the shipping. I am asking to speak to a manager....
  19. I contacted princess and they claim they are aware and working to fix it ...i said well i have heard that for about a month.
  20. I am still having this issue as well. Princess claimed they were working on it but that was over a week ago. We do have a TA but when I am just looking to decide when we may want to go and working on our budget and what type of cabins...I don't really want to waste my TAs time when in the past I was able to do this myself. Quite frustrating princess get your act together.
  21. Anyone know when Princess will open the West coast and Mexico sailings for the last summer (after Alaska ends) and into fall?
