  1. On the Quest at the moment. We can see 4 European, 2 American plus 3 USB charging points. Hope this helps.
  2. We had a Covid test last Friday prior to boarding the day after in Ravenna. We had it done in a pharmacy, (Boots) by the pharmacist, went and wandered for 20 minutes before returning for our printed (in English) certificate. 22 euros pp.
  3. We board on Saturday. We have had to have our TA chase up Seabourn about this twice now. She says the first transfer is 12.30pm and we need to be at the airport by noon. Nothing at all in writing from Seabourn which I don’t like at all.
  4. Yes, agree that their shoreside admin is pitifully inadequate
  5. Haha! Well, we would like to watch the Champions League final on the 28th but our team is actually Huddersfield Town. If they get to the Championship play off final on the 29th, that is what we would like to watch! If all goes well and they win they would be playing Liverpool next season!!🤞
  6. This is from our cruise documents HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES 2022 EUROPE VOYAGES PRIOR TO TRAVEL Ensure that you understand requirements for traveling from your home country to the destinations you plan to visit (including air travel policies) Please complete the following prior to boarding: • All guests ages two and above will require a medically observed, negative viral COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) result taken within 3-days of embarkation (for Greece, testing is required within 1-day of embarkation). Children under 2 years of age do not need to be tested prior to cruising. • Proof of full vaccination, including booster if eligible. For these cruises the definition of “fully vaccinated” is at least 14 days and no more than 270 days (9 months) since the last dose in the vaccine series of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. A single booster dose is required for guests whose final dose of an approved/authorized COVID-19 vaccine is older than 9 months (270 days) to be considered “fully vaccinated.” • Guests under 5 years of age do not need to be vaccinated. Children between the ages of 5-11 who are not vaccinated may request an exemption at the time of booking and if approved may be subject to additional testing and protocols. Guests who are eligible for, but have not received a booster may request an exemption at the time of booking and if proved may be subject to additional testing, fees and protocols. Exceptions are limited and not guaranteed
  7. I can only quote our documentation which states 72 hours
  8. We are taking the Seabourn transfer from the airport on the 28th at 12.30pm.
  9. Yes, you are now responsible for getting your own medically observed test within 72 hours of boarding (24hours for Greece) and providing the certification to prove a negative result. We board on the 28th in Ravenna and our Airbnb host has kindly booked us tests in a pharmacy. €22 per person.
  10. No, it's because the website and App is truly dreadful. Our cruise begins in just over two weeks and it crashes for me too. I have also just spent five minutes trying to access our booking to look at shore excursions and it's just going round in circles.
  11. Thanks for all suggestions, everyone. I guess we will have to ask about any of the possibilities once on board.
  12. Have a look at Welcome Pickups to see if they are cheaper.
  13. We can recommend Hotel Olimpia near Piazzale Roma if that helps.
  14. Thanks. Unfortunately it’s the day after we board a two week cruise! My other half will have to decide!
  15. Could anyone who is on board a Seabourn ship at the moment find out what the cost of day’s enhanced internet is, please? Our football team might have a very special match when we are on board 🤞🤞🤞🤞later this month!
  16. We are due to board the Quest in the 28th May in Ravenna. We just received an email from Seabourn stating that we need a “medically observed Antigen or PCR test” taken within three days of boarding. I understood that we would be tested at the pier and that would be the test that would determine whether we could board or not. We will be in Italy for six days before we board so if we do need a test has anyone any information on how we could get said test? We are fully vaccinated and boostered. Help!!
