I did read a while ago that they did allow someone in a suite to stay there , and some ships had Covid cabin that had balconies, most likely from celebrity board . I would have hated going from a royal suite to a cabin without a balcony.

I booked UDP even though we were in a full suite , food in specialty restaurants is way better than CK .

They should give people balcony cabins , wonder how many never report Covid when they have minor symptoms.

Well said, as stated you can’t beat rccl entertainment in general, but rccl didn’t have the entertainment during the day that edge class had , starting about 1pm there was either a solo, duet or small group playing by the martini bar or Eden. Martini bar has some very talented bartenders. Celebrity doesn’t have the gimmicks that draw children like rccl. Suite perks are way better on Celebrity there suite dinning room has way better food and service and all Celebrity ships have a suite dinning room not just some like rccl. I was looking to book a cruise at end of November and I looked at allure vs celebrity beyond, beyond was cheaper plus free drink package, tips and several hundred in OBC , both offered WiFi. So we will be sailing the Beyond.

Some have no choice about going to some job related conferences, my niece is autoimmune and she was one of the key speakers , this was first time she had dinner in restaurants since Covid started .

We always do both , I think food is better in Tuscan but if you never have done Le Petit chef I would do that , we think the show is very entertaining and totally unique.

My edge cruise had same music , no rock music.

We recently did a royal suite on M class , fantastic balcony, about 200 sq ft with small hot tub .

Zero sun on edge penthouse, wasn’t happy there , rest of penthouse was amazing.

Our first suite was a corner aft sky suite which we loved and our next cruise on beyond is a corner aft with a large balcony, unless we move up 😁. I didn’t like our only CS suite on M class because of the very narrow balcony.

My first celebrity cruise a little over ten years ago , we were upgraded to a sky suite. We loved it but this was pre-retreat, pre Luminae etc . On a cruise last summer we did a move up from sky to penthouse. Have cruised nothing but suites since that upgrade and have done most of the different suites .

I never understood this drink , I like margaritas and beer but not in same glass but it’s popular down here.

Very cool , I would love to do back to back with those cruises, we saw several ex rock and romance artist in a concert recently had front row seats to Todd Rundgren, Christofer Cross and Joey Molland and Jason Scheff , because of our vip seats we got a picture with them and a signed poster. Will have to get together for a drink.

Have you seen the new Perry Mason on hbo , very R rated show, I found it interesting.

we Will be in nyc in 4 weeks, have tickets for wicked, Hamilton and Springsteen are not in our price range, have seen beautiful a couple of times, also have seen Bronx tale, kinky boots, waitress, Book of Mormon, jersey boys,. What else is good?
