  1. In Customer Reviews it mentions they went to a beach club. Does anyone know what beach club you are taken to on the Carlisle Beach and Swim excursion in Barbados? Thank you
  2. If you have OBC I would book as soon as possible. I have noticed with the last couple of cruises that they increased the cost as you get closer. For my June 1 cruise, two excursions were increased $20 since the time I booked which was probably around Oct. Also, if there is an excursion that is on your bucket list, I would take the chance and charge it as it could sell out. If you cancel before you get on the ship, it usually takes a couple of weeks to get the credit. With all the OBC being non-refundable, we now use it for Princess excursions as we take the Plus pkg. If one of you have more OBC than the other, you can call Princess excursion desk and ask to use that person's OBC to pay for both. I do it all the time since my husband gets military OBC. Some agents dont know about it but just insist and they will get it done.

  5. It is not very clear. Menu calls it a cover charge of $14.99 to cover appetizer, pasta or pizza, and dessert. However, you can also order a la carte and not pay $14.99. So I would think if you have Plus, one could get 3 course meal for free and other can order appetizer and pay for it.
  6. Not trying to work the system. We always go into Alfredos/Gigis and order 1 meal to share and 2 drinks. So why should we get 2 meals and waste 1.

What I find it hard to believe is that in the beginning of the webinar Princess gave yesterday, Carmen Roig stated ..."we dont make changes without data, research and input, and we get it from our guests who are very critical".   8. Who knows what will be coming next. Since people are buying onboard to save insurance costs (insurance based on % of cruise cost of which pkg is included), they may decide to increase cost when purchasing on board.

  10. The $14.99 meal is free with Plus/Premier pkg so best to order that instead of paying $12 for pizza alone.
  11. I booked on Dec 13 before new pkg intro. But there was a fare reduction a couple of months ago and when I refared at lower price it included the new Plus60 pkg. I did not realized that until I looked at my Travel Summary so the reduced fare was a better deal than I thought.
  12. My husband and I usually share a pizza at Alfredo's. So if we go in and order one $14.99 meal and two drinks, we can go 4 times.
  13. Yes we did. They took us all over the island which was very nice. I contacted them directly by email and they let us book without prepayment. If i recall there were about 8 in the van but there was plenty of room

  15. Just looked at Journeyview on Medallion app. New format lists activities. So much easier to use.
  16. Blackberry cars. Used them from Southampton to Heathrow.
  17. They did have Mama's Lasagne on everyday. It was OK but prefer fettuccine. Princess seems to be making some odd decisions lately.
  18. Just got off Regal and menus have changed since I was on Enchanted in April. Maybe a result of new VP of Food and Beverage. Fettuccine Alfredo no longer on menu every day but it was on one day and it was delicious. Sorry but I forgot to take photos of new menus. Hoping someone will do that soon.

  22. Interesting that they are charging for cabanas at Retreat Pool as we just got off the Enchanted in April and there was no charge. May be worth inquiring.
  23. I dont know what Princess is trying to do but many people do not see the humor in what they are doing right now. They need to fix their customer relations quickly. I totally understand staff shortages, supply shortages, etc but creating problems for customers when their is no need is unacceptable.
  24. I had this happen when I logged in it gave me my husbands account and when I logged into my husbands account it also gave me his account. It took months for Princess to straighten this out but at least account info remained "in the family". They finally had me change both my Login ID and Password.
