We just got off the Summit today and parked at Port Liberty on May 3 2015. You now have to take a shuttle bus from the parking lot to the ship. You can drop your luggage off at the terminal and drive to the parking lots and take the shuttle bus back to the terminal. Today most people loaded the shuttle bus with their luggage in order to avoid having to return to the terminal.

All that for $149 for seven days.

We had to take a shuttle bus this week while parking at the port. Car park was past the old terminal. A real pain for 19 dollars a day

And that is for tax free , cheap labor , no liquor license, bar.

Surprised to see some of the coffee has a price. It would seem to me that if you offer a separate upscale restaurant for suite guests they would offer a drinkable wine as well as after dinner drinks as part of the suite package.

Tell them you have the premium package or the basic package and recommend a white or red glass covered by your particular package. Never have had a problem.

Call them if you have a few hours to spare.

It was issued by Celebrity cruises and paid for on December 8 2014. As I said it does not even show up on my cruise docs and it took the operator ten minutes to find it even after I gave her the reference number. I can see me in the customer service line on day one.

We are booked on the Summit May 3 2015. This past Xmas we were given a gift certificate for dinner for two in a speciality restaurant. I called the Captains club today to make a reservation.

I was on hold for fifteen minutes until I got a person to talk to. I explained that I wanted to make a reservation based on an already paid gift card , I gave her the ref number and the cruise info that she needed. Back on hold for another ten minutes and she came back on and told me I would have to wait till I was on board to make a reservation or I could pay now by credit card and make my reservation. I explained that the gift card was paid for but she told me their system will only take a payment and not honor a gift that was already paid for.

Does this company need to look at their computer and reservation system ? Even she had to laugh .

Also this gift does not show up on any of our cruise documents.

First there was no fresh OJ now this...It never ends

Great steakhouse and the MDR always has at least one main coarse that stands out.

We were on the Reflection this past November. We were with family and sat at a table for six in the rear of BLU and had a great experience every night. We had the same table every night at 7PM.

Good thing that women did not mention anything about how she felt that I should dress on formal night. I always follow the dress code at the restaurant that am eating in that night.

I would not miss that chance to tell her , well you know where this is going.

It was only a big thing because people in Aqua wanted what they paid for. When pricing Aqua it was listed as a perk for paying the extra money to stay in Aqua class cabin and eating in BLU.

Case closed.....

Obama care is not a insurance company, You get your insurance from a private insurance company.

We paid 80$ including tip this past November. Stay away from shuttles.Not that much cheaper and you might have to make a few stops to pick up other riders. The shuttles don't leave until the fill up..

We were on the same cruise last Nov with the same amount of ships and people. We had a flight out of Ft Lauderdale and we took a cab from Miami port to Ft Lauderdale . We were in the taxi at 745AM and at the door at Ft Lauderdale airport at 825AM. I would assume you would be at Miami airport by 815 at the latest. Just make sure that you get one of the first departure times. We are elite and had a suite and were able to depart early.

It is not the price point that should change because they stopped serving fresh OJ but what was in their contract that you had to check that you understood what you were paying for.

Some places call it bait and switch .

Next time you board the ship and find out that something you thought you paid for was cut I am sure you will post on here and complain.

There is a reason that cruise lines register their ships outside the United States. Too many consumer protection laws and labor laws that would effect The crews

They had no problem in the past letting you know the added benefits along with paying a premium of being in Aqua class, one of them being fresh OJ. So now you will pay the same for less. No big deal but adjust your prices Celebrity...

No wonder the stocks down. Watched the CEO last week on CNBC discuss the bad earnings but said that the feedback on the Quantum has been very positive. Really?

Remember that the very expensive drinks are being poured with tax free booze. No where near the price for a bottle of liquor that we pay at home in a retail store. Check the retail prices for liquor the next time you are in St Thomas and understand that the cruise lines don't pay that much per bottle.

18 percent tip to hand me a bottle of water? A $25 bottle of wine or a $100 bottle same tip percentage?

Does this mean the crew will be getting a 3 percent raise on February 1. I got a bridge to sell you..

Not really that great considering the price difference between the highest D1 and suite. Will have to give the suite some some thought.

We usually sail with Celebrity and book a suite . We like the additional space and the benefits we get on Celebrity We can dine in the Aqua restaurant and in May there will be a new dining room for suites only. Room service is included for any meal including a very nice breakfast menu.

Are there any advantages to booking a suite on Quantum or are we just getting the additional space?
