We were on the Apex in a DVP on deck 7, 7118. Same configuration for the Beyond and Edge.

Diamond Lounge would be.

Not a fan of guarantees (we like to know the deck and stateroom number) so we never book that way and if we were in your shoes I would switch to the DPV.

Speaking only for myself, I (we) always choose itinerary over the ship.

Looking forward to our October Eclipse cruise. It will be our third time on her.

We always eat in the MDR. First day we find a two top in a location we like, request it and we always have been accommodated.

Why can't you do self disembark anytime (3rd or 4th) after you've cleared customs? I can see Celebrity not offering assistance with luggage if you want to get off the ship prior to the official disembarkation times on the 4th.

IMO, lobster on our March Apex cruise was excellent. Cooked perfectly. Size seemed to be what we always get from Celebrity. Asked for the drawn butter be poured in a small bowl. We rather add our own. The lobster doesn't need to be swimming in the drawn butter.

You'll be Elite with zero Celebrity CC cruise points. Like with RC you will receive a detailed list of all your onboard perks/benefits. Some are equal to RCs Diamond, some are better and some not as good. You are not able to use any of your Diamond perks/benefits with Celebrity. The Celebrity's CC number is 1-800-760-0654.

Speaking of bars/lounges (I tried my damndest to stay on topic) while you guys are in Maui, do you plan on checking out Mick Fleetwood's Restaurant, "Fleetwood's On Front Street"?

You are talking lack of some food items way back in January and not the quality of the food others have complained about on this thread.

I agree. We had a DPV stateroom on our March Apex cruise and booked another DPV stateroom on the Edge for 2024. Same deck and stateroom number.

I'll agree Celebrity has changed. Not all for the bad. My biggest complaint about a Celebrity CC change post covid is no more CC HH in the Sky Lounge like it was pre covid. Others like the new CC HH change. We don't. No I'm not a Celebrity cheerleader. Just saying opinions and perceptions are just that and especially when it comes to food. My wife doesn't like Celebrity's French Onion soup. In her opinion it's too salty. I like the soup and add salt.

Butter is always the center selection of the three selections for you rolls. Did you ask for extra butter?

Consistently inconsistent? Food, is way to subjective. I must of missed those select few reviews. Others positive or negative experiences or opinions, are just that.

Any cruise Celebrity cancelled on us was with full disclosure, alternate sail dates and intinaries, stateroom guarantee, including additional OBC for the inconvenience.
