    Thanks for the information. I was considering the Rotterdam January 25, 2023 cruise and was worried that it would be more crowded on the ship or maybe have special events. Also, I remember in the past they put extra slot machines in the Ocean Bar. Not sure if they would again. Would it be better to pick another date?

    Does anyone know the dates of the Slot Tournaments on the Rotterdam for Spring 2023? Would they impact the non-participating cruisers?

    They were round trip Fort Lauderdale for 45 days usually in October.

    Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 Caribbean now posted on HAL website.

    The dedicated Club Orange people will only add Club Orange to an existing reservation. If you want to change cabins, you have to call general reservations and they will change your cabin and add Club Orange.

    Wow. I've never heard of this. I bet Port Everglades has no room for them to dock.

    I wonder why they would eliminate Half Moon Cay. It would be unusual for the ship not to stop at that port.

    They should have been released by now. They are really late.

    But that's never stopped them before.

    It's hard to believe that HAL does not have a schedule yet for Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 Caribbean cruises. Is it possible that they think not releasing the new schedule will help them fill the ships on the current schedule?

    I tried to add the crew appreciation promo to my existing booking and was told it was for new bookings only. I even called again and was told the same thing.

    Maybe you should make sure they didn't make a mistake. I don't know how they put 4 people in a cabin for 3. And, now that you officially have a verandah, maybe they could move you to a verandah for 4.

    It might have been on a live report first sailing of the Zaandam from Fort Lauderdale to Montreal but it could have been a later sailing. All I remember them saying was that someone said that the wiring had been done in drydock but the TVs had not arrived yet.

    Someone reported recently that the new TVs were ordered but had not yet arrived.

    They usually announce very late but I don't remember it ever being this late.

    Are you thinking about Celebrity which used to include those benefits with a suite? I'm not sure if they still do.

    I would wait until tomorrow and get it straightened out with HAL accounting.

    Can you get the connecting doors to stay open with the use of a door stop? I saw a picture and it looked like there was a hydralic on the top of the door. Also, is there room for the door to stay in the open position? This would be on a verandah stateroom on the Zuiderdam.

    There is a new Save on Sunshine Promo on the HAL website. It says save up to 40% off select 2022 cruises. But, the prices seem to be the same as before the sale.

    Oh, yeah. It is frustrating to call them. The worst is getting disconnected after waiting an hour.

    The discount can be significant depending on the price of your cabin. It is usually about 20 percent.

    Ever since the Celebration Sale was uploaded and even now that it is over, the mariner rate has not shown up online. I know it is valid for my mariner number because if you look at a travel agency web site, it shows there but not on the Holland America site. Anybody else having a problem?
