Thank you! I actually found the Colombia one and then had to go to work and have not had time to return here since. I'll re post the CR one when I can. Thank you for the link!

I was able to find your posts, I don’t care where you put it. Thank you.

I get so angry at the people that tell you what you should have done. A lot of times certain boards are not very active.

There’s no deadline to cancel.  When you

know you’re not going to use it,

just go in the App and cancel or change it.  Whatever you want to do.  Even when you’re OB, you can cancel or change it too.

Perhaps it is an effort to make people so dissatisfied with the standard included food offerings and potential flow-on wait times in the MDR that they will pay for "specialty" dining packages? Another form of upselling? They've given the carrot by making them seem exclusive and desirable. Perhaps now we are also getting the stick.

Thankfully husband I are fortunate in having no specific dietary issues so we will therefore eat spam, cold pizza and soggy lettuce (albeit, sadly) for dinner all cruise if we have to,  rather than be coerced into forking out even more money for food. Not everyone is in a position to do that though.

I don’t think food in specialty restaurants any better. Why pay more for very mediocre food.

both - the format of the app isn't very useful in my opinion.  I like to take the paper with me sometimes, but I also will go to my phone and type in "royal.princess.com" in the browser address bar to get "Ocean Concierge" which shows much easier way to see the daily schedule than what's in the app.  This works on any ship as long as you type in the ship name, followed by princess.com.  So for instance, on Discovery, it would be discovery.princess.com.  On Sapphire, it would be sapphire.princess.com.

Thank you so much. I too like paper copy, much easier to read than on small screen on phone.

I am on Royal now. I don’t have a measuring tape but if you use a full size toothpaste tube that’s a great reference for size.  The shelf Is about  8 1/2 inches along the two long straight sides ( slightly larger than a toothpaste tube) and about 8 inches at its narrowest. The toothpaste tube goes from the corner and the cap just touches the frame of the midpoint curve  ( see second photo)

Thank you so much that really helps.

  6. I’ve been looking at videos of the balcony cabins on the Pearl and other than hanging room in closet I don’t see any drawer storage. Am I missing something? Also where do you put your luggage during the cruise ? It looks like under the bed ?
