Thank you for the Super Sunday Daily, Rich. You're a bit early and I'm late. Marriage Day is surely appropriate after all of yesterday's great stories. @4966and556 was just a bit early celebrating get a Different name day but was spot on in Australia. Thinking of wings, although not necessarily wingmen, I understand they are very expensive this year. While not in a taco I'll be having chicken tonight as I work on emptying my refrigerator before Thursday. I love the quote. Isla Robinson Crusoe is a great destination although off the beaten path. We went from spring to winter overnight with snow at least in the grass and almost a 30-degree drop in the temp.

Good morning from SW Florida, going up to 81 today!
Today is the birthday of America's 16th President, Abraham Lincoln and happens to be mine also, 76 today. Growing up in Chicago it was always nice having no school on my birthday as Lincoln's birthday was always a holiday in Illinois.
Hope everyone is well.
Thanks for The Daily.
Very happy birthday to you have a great day.

Good morning! We’re pretty close on today’s meal of the day. Have the crock pot going with a ham, vegetable lentil soup with Kale for tonight’s repast.
Teddy Bear? Still have my original that has somehow survived over the years. In fact it’s still gives a weak grrrr when turning it over. They don’t make them like they used too.
Jacqui, your furry family have been regular members of the CC boards for years. Sad to hear about Marley’s diagnosis and I firmly hope you have extended comfort from his presence.
Didn’t sleep well last night and maybe it was because the body was busy shedding more weight! Not easy loosing 13 pounds but mainly it’s just no fun but sometimes necessary. With 25 days of cruising coming up followed by 3 weeks in Kauai the struggle will surely continue.
Thanks Rich, Roy and to our food and beverage editors for today’s Daily! Also for some funny postings.
Enjoy the day and Happy Birthday to our two year old granddaughter Tilly. Your a sweetheart!❤️

Thank you for the Tuesday Daily. I'll pass on ET and Opera but salute Boy Scouts who actually are now Scouts USA and all programs are open to both boys and girls. I think it's been that way in most countries, including Canada, for ages. A special salute as well to Lord Baden Powell. I like the Mark Twain quote. Not an adventurous eater I'll pass on the meal sight unseen but hope many here will love it. well I gotta say one thing
Looks like this thread is about all of you who already know each other.
Ya post about your health and everything else under the sun.
I think many of you really do not appreciate or want anyone NEW on this thread.
While I go a few WELCOMES, I now no longer feel welcome.
This thread seems like a rather private group so I will go away. Because saying a food item was awful seemed to set most of you off. And I notice a few of you once you welcomed me, then never did comment on anything I had to say. I guess I need to have some aches and pains or cut photos otherwise I am boring.
well so long. It was nice while it lasted but really in the end, some of you are not so welcoming afterall.
So sorry you feel like this it is your loss not ours.

Good morning.
Thank you for the Daily, Rich and for the list, Roy.
Never got to post yesterday. it was a busy day. We had guests for dinner last evening and I guess that it just took a lot out of me.
We have not had any company since COVID started and since I started having this autoimmune disorder. Everything takes longer to do.
So after spending most of the day preparing for this dinner and then entertaining, I was exhausted.
But we had a great time and glad we did it.
Now for the disturbing news. Actually, my situation with my autoimmune disorder has gotten worse. I had some lab work on Jan. 25 which showed, what I thought was an improvement. However, I had to have other lab work on Feb. 3. Only one week later. That showed that the inflammation is worse than it was at the end of November. I put a call into the doctor, however I will not hear from him until Monday.
I do know that after doing anything extra, I am in a lot of pain in the upper extremities. So we will see whether the dosage has to be increased again or what to do.
Not a happy camper this morning.
Anyway, that is my tale of woe.
Prayers for all that need them. Keeping those who are ill and those caring for loved ones who are ill in my prayers.
Cheers to those celebrating.
As for the days. I will pass on Ice Cream for Breakfast and prefer taking a shower alone. I respect the weathermen, they have an important job and get a bad rap when giving us weather news we don’t like.
I’ll skip the wine and the meal as well as the drinks.
Never been to the port.
Take care everyone. I plan to rest today.
God bless,
Terri
Hope your Dr and sort this out real quick for you and sending lots of Prayers your way.

😎Weather here has been sunny (just a little windy) so we took a drive over to the coast and viewed the the Elephant Seals at the Piedras Blancas Rookery near San Simeon yesterday. Viviane had never seen them before! We also had lunch in Cambria. Viviane will soon be leaving and she's had a wonderful time with us. 😲I don't think she's ready for the cold and rain when she returns.
Sorry to hear about Sam needing to go to the hospital, Carol...prayers continuing for him and prayers for all others in need.🙏
Katie, Dennis and Aunt Viviane from Belgium
Lovely photos thanks
