If your cruise is in 2025 there is a good chance it will go to Israel. Things flare up very quickly, but usually end quickly. 2025 is a year away.

We plan to take the X96 bus from the airport to the cruise port. Has anyone taken it? Was there shelving or other secure space for suitcases on the bus? I don't want to spend 1.5 hours holding onto my suitcase to stop it rolling around.

What is the name of the Metro station by the port? and is Gaibaldi the Metro station for the Napoli Centrale train station? -
I did this tour a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. We were not given life jackets to wear on the boat, but I presume they have them.

I don't remember it ever coming up. We were 4 people with 4 large suitcases and 4 smaller bags. You can probably find the information on their website.

I used their shared shuttle just over a year ago. They were excellent.

I used a shared shuttle, GoOpti, last year and they were very good. If I remember rightly it cost about EUR 60 per person. Trip took about 1.5 hours.

I know someone who has 2 passports. When he went to board his cruise, he took only the other passport with him to the ship, not the one he had used for the online check in. He was refused boarding. -

The OP was asking about E306 on Discovery Princess. This is a balcony cabin and the life boat obstructs the glass on the balcony, approximately up to the railing. Above the railing the view is clear.

We are six friends sailing on the Sky Princess in June, and I want to book a table for us for dinner each night at the same time. From experience, which of the 3 main dining rooms is the best? Which has the nicest decor, best wait staff, most windows, etc? Thanks for your help.

Ships usually put on a shuttle bus if the walk to town is too long. Charge is usually $15-20 pp. There are also taxis available, and there may be a local bus. -
Was on the Enchanted a few months ago, before they introduced the charge. The pizza was barely edible, one of the worst I've had. Definitely wouldn't pay for it!

A taxi from the hotel will cost you maybe NIS 50 and will take 10-15 minutes. A taxi back to the airport would be NIS 600 approx and take 1.5 hours!

The drive from the airport is about 1.5 hours depending on the time of day. There is also a direct train from Tel Aviv airport to Haifa (stops outside the cruise terminal), also takes about 1.5 hours. You do not say which hotel you are staying in in Haifa, but if there's any problem with your transfers, it's not a long drive from any of them to the port and a taxi would not be expensive.

I've stayed in 11018 and it's a glass balcony. It is also angled and larger than the regular, more expensive balconies. Enjoy!
