  1. Remember too that many drinks are included - you could try the included drinks for a day or so before deciding whether you need to upgrade.
  2. No need as the link provides access to a printable list for every cruise
  3. I would definitely try ringing them for an excursion I really wanted to do.
  4. I couldn’t find that, I only saw 1 Azamara - Quest on Dec 30 - and only 1 December cruise.
  5. Just Google “Lifestyle Cruises”! Desire cruise - Quest Dec 30 - Jan 7. Described as a sensual 9 day/8 night South American cruise.
  6. I had an email in response to my last one that said they hoped everything would be sorted by the end of June, so I thought I’d wait until early July. My next cruise isn’t until November & I don’t want to book one either, so I’m not in a hurry.
  7. Secular list of deposit & cancellation charges for variety of countries
  8. Shore Excursions works for me in Safari, really delighted with this as it gives me a fully printable list - well done Azamara for sorting this one out. Now if you can just get my loyalty information right I’ll be very happy!
  9. Try not going into your account there, but do a search for a cruise (any), click on Book Now, click on number of people. Next page shows cabins available, ignore that and click on Sign In top right. That will bring up your forth-coming cruises and if you click on them, that should take you to the manage booking page.
  10. When I look at my booking using a Mac, IPhone & IPad and on safari if I click on Details on the booked cruise, then on the pencil & paper next to Excursions I can see Booked excursions (in my case only the Azamazing evening), then can toggle right to see Available excursions. When I click on available I can scroll down through the titles of all the available excursions for the cruise. I then have to click on each one to get the details (so to print them off would have to be one page at a time.)
  11. First night is often a seafood buffet in Windows. Officers BBQ is often on a sea -day. Other special events are crossing the equator and crossing the Arctic circle. For both of these they put on a bit of a show on the pool deck and passengers can join in. Crossing the equator is ‘kissing the fish’ and the Arctic circle one involves having ice filled water poured down your neck then jumping in the pool (which is filled with filtered water at sea temperature)
  12. If you can’t get any proof from the TA that they have paid Azamara & if the payment was by credit card, it might be worth ringing them, asking to speak to a supervisor then telling them you will be raising a Section 75 chargeback with the credit card company unless you receive the proof within a working day.
  13. No, the keycard holder is just a little leather look plastic holder to put your keycard in.We keep a few and take one with us so we have one each.
  14. Can’t remember ever seeing Dilmah. Good idea to pack your own anyway. We always take our Yorkshire tea bags wherever we go!
  15. Thanks for coming back & telling us. 😊
  16. This may help https://europeforvisitors.com/venice/articles/vaporetto_routes.htm
  17. Always been Port Rashid the 4 times we’ve finished a cruise there. Are you on the Journey in November? Cruisemapper has the Jourmey at Port Rashid on 12/13 and 19/20 November.
  18. I have no problem with safari - I just do a cruise search, click on Book Now on any old cruise, then click to say it’s 2 passengers. Once I get the page where you choose your cabin, I can see Sign In at the top right. Signing in there shows me my upcoming cruise (even though it doesn’t show on my Account page on Azamara.com).
  19. Mine is the same on both and is wrong on both!
  20. Unless your cruise is very soon, it might be better not to look at your account for a bit. They seem to expect to have things sorted out by the end of June!
  21. We’ve done 6 Safari holidays in Kenya & Tanzania & loved every one of them. We used repellent and covered up in the evenings (which is when there are more likely to be mosquitos about). We took malaria medication prescribed by our doctors. We didn’t get bitten by mosquitoes, but did by Tsetse flies. That’s a nasty bite - painful at the time - but doesn’t itch so much afterwards. We love Africa and saw some amazing wildlife!
  22. It used to be up to 10% providing you booked at least 3 excursions, but I don’t know if it still applies
