Interesting that I put a comment on Azamara’s FB page and got a very quick response asking me to DM them with key details of my issues (loyalty wrong, no upcoming cruise showing). I did so and got an immediate response saying someone was looking into it & would get back to me asap. I’ll report back as to if & when I get any further response/resolution.

For us it was also well worth paying the extra fee to enter SETI’s tomb. It’s expensive (1000 EGP - about $32/£25) but very well worth it - the decoration is amazing.

The machines are free and detergent is provided free too, as are the irons.

Tried this but neither private browsing nor clearing website cache & cookies worked for me.

I think those are possibly debarkation day excursions for the previous cruise. It’s the same on my November Dubai- Singapore cruise. There are Dubai excursions listed & when I look at them they include airport drop-off. Possibly the software just picks up all excursions for each port on any individual cruise?

Is there no way you can take the booking back?

Everyone who’s been in your position reports no issues getting onboard, so I wouldn’t worry, so long as you have your credit card/bank statement showing your payment. I’d certainly take that with you.

The triangle denotes cabins with a bath (tub) which has the shower over it, so cabins without the triangle have walk in showers.

I doubt if you’ll be able to check-in much before 1:00pm. Once on-board it’s usually OK to get off again.

We had very good speeds on Pursuit across the Atlantic

Depends on the agent. Mine is my daughter who is self-employed, but is associated with a large national company who provide support/education and systems. She works from home doing hours that suit her & her clientele. She can be contacted by phone, email or What’s Ap. She is happy to sit on the phone while she is doing other work on the computer.

Maybe, but they do get very good commission from your booking, so should be prepared to work for it!

Try using a travel agent - you don’t pay any more and they do all the work.

I guess the answer would be to ask your travel agent to book the exursions

Well, I spoke too soon. Although my upcoming cruise and loyalty points were right from the beginning of the new website, they both suddenly disappeared a few days ago. I completed a support form and got a reply back today saying my account has been updated and should now be right - NO it wasn’t - still no upcoming cruise, zero loyalty points and loyalty level as Adventurer, rather than Discoverer. Completed another support form and will wait to see what happens.

It is possible to choose a cabin, though I’m not sure if it shows you all the cabins available. Firstly if you sign in before you search it helps by entering your details, you then only have to enter the second person’s name. Once you choose your type of cabin & press Book it takes you to a page that has a line above it headed Category with a paper/pencil icon at the end. If you click on the paper/pencil icon you get the option to choose cabin. Click that & it brings up the cabins available in list view or map view. As I said I’m not confident that it’s ALL available cabins, but it does give some choice

You won’t be @ble to use your OBC to book excursions on line at the moment - that was one of the points Carol Cabezas made in her email.
